Rogers together with Shaw

Shaw workers dug up our lawn to access a cable that goes through our yard to fix our neighbors service. They cut our underground sprinkler hose and buried it. I contacted them and they never got back to me so like they said they would I had to have it fixed on my own.

Quick, helpful. Compared current & old packages we still have. Downside cannot return equipment there to the store. Was given a post-paid sticker to return Shaw Rogers equipment yourself.

I was chatting with agent and disconnected before finished. Started another chat and agent ended chat before I was finished.

There are very good with how to remote that didn't work so they gave me a free one
