Korean Fried Chicken was great! Great quality sushi! Must try in Nanaimo. Travelled here from Toronto

Service was fast and pleasant. Peaceful atmosphere and the food was excellent! We will definitely be going back!

I'll be strict and say that the food is not mind-blowing but delicious enough to make me come back.

The chicken was amazing. We went in with 4 kids and the staff were so accommodating and understanding. The chicken was so crispy and delicious, and I was a little hectic because I went in with four kids, but I was thankful that they took care of me so well and provided great service! I’ll stop by when I go to Nanaimo again!

Unfortunately, the service is pretty slow. I've been there twice, and each time the service was slow, and they even forgot to bring my drink.

The atmosphere is like a cafeteria even though they do have table service.

Recommended if you aren't in a hurry.

As a Vancouver transplant, I’ve been so disappointed with how severely lacking the food in Nanaimo is. This joint is a massive diamond in the rough.

Super creative and delicious creations. The chefs clearly have passion and real skill in balancing flavours, sauces, and unique combos.

The decor is not nice, but the food is world class and any jaded foody be delighted.

Highly recommend for both eat in and take out. Casual seating suitable for families with young children.

I ordered a poke bowl size large and it came in a very small ball shaped bowl. Tasted good but small portion for the price.

Owner was very kind and very understanding to my very specific orders. Food was very delicious. Recommend to anyone in the area

I always order a california roll, a dynamite roll and veggie spring rolls for takeout!
The flavors are absolutely amazing! Prices and portions are very fair! And the staff are always super friendly and helpful! I'm so glad I discovered this lovely restaurant so close to home!

Absolutely everything is delicious but I recommend the salmon Yobu, and the gyosas, they are delicious and the salmon I have never tried it so fresh

Dad's croquettes are interesting, like with eel and mayonnaise.
The chicken 10/10 crispy.

Usually go to Kim BBQ for hotpot Gam Ja Tang, but they only have it on Wednesday and usually very busy.
And this restaurant has amazing Korean soups and hotpots. I ate a here this a few times and never get disappointed. Highly recommend their ‘Korean Cuisine’ menu.

I would have given 5 stars but honestly it wasn't a great experience. The worker seemed almost annoyed we wanted to dine in.

They don't take cash at all which I found odd.

The food was good but it wasn't a great experience as this was my third time going.

I hope it was an off day but unfortunately with all the other places for sushi this wasn't a good enough experience to try again.

I hope when someone wants to dine in they are treated better then me and my son were.

Excellent food, I eat in the restaurant since I can walk there.
The chicken is great, that is mainly what I'm personally eating. My partner eats rolls and things as well.

One of the best restaurants I have been to during the travel to Nanaimo. The price is reasonable and the amount is huge. Definitely 5 stars.

Instant fan, first visit! After a couple visits I can say, favorite chicken in Nanaimo! Chicken is absolutely delicious, cooked so perfectly crispy and not oily or greasy. Definitely recommend!
