I had a trim from Lisa and it was terrible. It is now obvious she didn't check her work to see if it was even.
I now have a few longer pieces in the back that didn't line up, which I had to trim myself.
I am butchered on one side (too short in the layers that do not line up with the rest)
The back was not thinned enough at the bottom, so my thick hair falls chunky instead of nicely.
I will go to a different salon with experience to have this fixed and I will never be back to Romano. My opinion is I do not recommend.
