Romeo's

Seven of us went in for dinner. The server's attitude was terrible. We had to get her attention several times as she seemed to ignore us. When we told her we twice we were ready to order, she came over, as we were going to order, she again told us to wait and turned around to serve someone else. Came back second time, and before we could order, she told us to wait again and turned around to serve a couple who just came in. At that point, we stood up and left. We end up going to White Spot. Guess Romeo's Pizza don't understand service and don't need business!

Was very disappointed waited at least 15 minutes after water served to take order. My request to make lasagna noodle were not swimming in water from cooking, before meat sauce. Nothing like have water down meatsauce. Waitress at first did not understand then told me with they changed the noodles they were thicker now. Of course most people want the right amount of sauce to noodle ratio. I'm not a fan of pizza and the rest of menu is really not a healthier choice. Beside salad, which you can have at home. Felt the waitress did not care and stores have plenty of regular size lasagna noodles. This restrauant got one star for location.

I like Romeo's, but I'm quite dissatisfied with this visit.

I ordered the Cajun chicken Ceasar salad, the salad was very small, and the chicken was not a full chicken breast just a small piece. On top of that, it was way over dressed and soggy.

The server never quality checked so I let it be and had to eat and run. He got an 8% tip. I don't like doing that but I tip based on the experience not a default 15.

If you love outstanding friendly service with great pizza, sit in Colleen's section and be prepared for a wonderful dinner! My 91 year old mother was really wanting pizza so we took her to Romeo's. We were expecting it to be good but what really delighted us was the outstanding service we received. In a climate where so often great customer service is overlooked, it was a pleasure to see it at play. My mother commented that it felt like "the good old days" when you'd go out for dinner and be treated like you were special. Based on our overall experience we'll definitely be back and we'll call ahead to reserve in Colleen's section. Great hire Romeo's management team. Thank you Colleen!

It’s a good stop for a quick snack and delicious food. The staff was really nice and the service was quick. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great as well. Overall good experience.

Came here for dinner, waitress was very nice and our food arrived within like 5 minutes of ordering, then the food was delicious. Currently writing this while waiting for dessert.

The food was great but waitress ruined the whole experience. Didn’t come to our table to take drinks for over 15 minutes, kept forgetting my kid menu for my baby, but managed to go to all the tables around us. Her name was Sheila and you could tell she wanted her auto gratuity and to do the bare minimum. Took 20 minutes to bring the desert after dinner. I offered to in pay for take and questioned my ability, and didn’t even tell me she added an auto gratuity because she wanted to scan me out of more money. Servers like her need a new job, treat people properly or quit

Well $35 for a large pizza is a bit high. Two for $44 wasn’t told that ……. No

$18 for a small portion of mediocre calamari was way over priced. The rest of the food was good though. Good service.

I really like the atmosphere and service is fairly quick, especially when it’s a Friday night when I dine in. I wish they would spice up the beef for the Mexican pizza though.

We ordered the calamari as a shared starter. Rubbery, oily, soggy battered. No crispness.
We both had the souvlaki wrap. When I opened the wrap up, 4 small pieces of tasteless chicken, pita a soggy mess of dressing. Salad tasted like a Sysco bucket salad. Feta (?) Tasteless shredded, likely bagged as well. Actually, not worth eating. My husband has a stomach of steel was up all night with an upset stomach. Maybe they make pizza okay. Won't return to find out.
Always amazed so many people happily eat and pay for substandard food. Our bill, no alcohol was $62.00

I am giving this restaurant 2 stars for their take out Cesar salad. I was so disappointed at the size you get for $10.95. I maybe got 2 cups of lettuce at the most the croutons were stale and tasted like they came from a box and the Parmesan was pre graded as well. I could have made a way better salad at home for the price they charge.
I really love Romeo’s for their pizza and this time I tried ordering something different. I guess next time I will go back to ordering their pizza.

Nothing to write home about. The food is mediocre, the service wasn't bad, but it also wasn't great. This was my second time eating here, I will likely not go back.

Decided to go to Romeos royal oak for lunch. I ordered Romeos special pizza no black olives. I 've ordered this hundreds of times from various Romeos restaurants. Today I hit the jackpot. It was the best pizza ever. Even when I got home and heated up what I couldn't eat at restaurant a couple hours later. Romeos are pretty consistent but the cook today definitely nailed it. Thanks so much. The service was awesome too.

Pizza and the creamy chicken pasta were both delicious. Went there through a recommendation and was really happy. Very generous portions too.

Love love love Romeo's. The broadmead location closed at 9pm this evening. I placed my baked spaghetti order at 830 and they were more then happy to fill my order even being so close to closing time.
Food is always great. Pizzas are fantastic as well.

Just wanted to say thanks to Colleen who looked after us on July 13.
She is a truly amazing server.
Kind, funny and efficient - all the best skills for that role.
She clearly loves her job and we had a great meal too.

Under staff.your lady was fantastic.food was the worst I've ever had no Rice in teriyaki bowl.

Extremely slow. We waited almost 2 hours for a delivery from the Hillside location on a Wednesday evening. Apparently they are extra busy because the downtown location closed; but why isn't management hiring more workers? If they are unable to find workers willing to work for a low wage, why aren't they raising their wages? Romeo's is an example of how not to run a restaurant.

Edit: They changed their souvlaki plate for the BETTER! WAY BETTER!

We always get good service and the food is always delicious! A few of the servers are incredible. Last time was my sisters birthday and had the Greek platter, a small pizza and spaghetti.

Delicious food and great service! Lots of different pizza options and the gluten free crust was one of the better GF pizza crusts I've had. Will definitely be trying other items on the menu in the future!

Good food. Good service. One suggestion. If you are going to sit people by the designated exit door, it would be a good idea to put up some kind of screen so when the door is opened, you don't get blasted with cold air.

Wonderful staff! Very upbeat and friendly, even during Christmas rush. I just went for gift cards, can't say much about the food as I haven't tried this location. Clean dine in with hand sanitizer available.

Lasagna excellent and portion size great fkr a little left for the morning. Only reason its 4 not 5 isn't entirely their fault.who orders chicken ceaser and expects perfect? This was an anomaly as the salad was cold, lettuce firm and quite excellent. 5 stars it was the chicken topping that gave mjnor let down, poor guys all alone and dried out in there lil box of small portion (which both small and dry isn't norm here)

Last week I ordered 2 pizzas from the Broadmead Romeos.or so I thought! I arrived to the Broadmead location for pick-up.there are COVID protocals.but they couldn't find my order.a very empathetic & concerned Manager named Robert (?) came out to help me with my order.he spent considerable effort checking every possible explanation but they just couldn't find my order.very considerate, kind, respectful.of course I was hungry and watching pizza after pizza being picked up ahead of me.anyway, I accepted that my order had been missed somehow and headed over to the nearby Mexican restaurant to pick up some dinner.as I'm walking over I decide to check the phone number that I called to order.well I'll be damned, I had called a different Romeos (Blanshard) & my pizza's were sitting there!

Robert demonstrated outstanding customer service qualities and was exemplary in his management of my rising frustration. "of course it couldn't have been my fault! " LOL. 5 stars for Robert and this Broadmead branch!

Thought the waitress tried a little too hard and for that felt pressured to order, eat and get out, but saying that maybe in Covid times that's what they want.

I've had serious health issues and due to our new normal, I have not been out for dinner) like many others) for months. I liked my server as she smiled with her eyes:) My meal and extras were served promptly.
As a former server, I put myself in her shoes and understand just showing up for a shift, is to be appreciated and not taken for granted:) The two appetizers, coffee and dessert were wonderful way to cap off a day dealing with my future last wishes. Thank you so much, for you were much more than a server; you gifted me your time and a wonderful experience! All the best to Romeo's for always striving to do their best!

They were absolutely pleasant and gave excellent service. Even after my family forgot about the new 6 person rule, they gave us 2 tables so we could celebrate my grampas birthday.

Ordered 4 vegetarian pizza for delivery online. Text confirmed delivery for 715.5 meat pizzas showed up at 825. Wouldn’t even refund us for the pizzas we didn’t order.

I just don't understand why this place is so busy. The $11.50 special, which imo is overated by time you buy a drink with it? 25 or so years ago, we hosted a kids birthday party at the spaghetti factory and the tomato sauce was the same on everything. I said it came from 45 gallon drums. Lo and behold, Romeo's had the same sauce on my overpriced $18+ large lasagna with garlic bread dripping a puddle of butter. The 10" pizza priced at $18 plus $1.50 for an added ingredient? We do Mod pizza in bellingham once a month, $9 US for 10" thin crust with all of any ingredients included and usually can't finish one per person. Just saying

Very bad quality of food, ordered stake that was terrible, very hard to chew and order teriyaki chicken burger chicken was over cooked and was dry.

Love their pizza and the Caesar salad.

Tried their lasagna and the meat sauce tasted like it came from a can. I honestly felt disappointed with the quality of the ingrediants.

I am currently avoiding wheat and dairy and sugar. Recently, I've figured out that they happen to cause me to have severe fatigue brain fog. Especially bad to have to slog through fatigue and brain fog while traveling! I discussed options with our waiter. He was very helpful and recommended some menu options that would meet my goals. The first Mediterranean Salad he brought out was covered in scrumptious cheese. On his way to the table to deliver the salad, he remembered my request for no dairy. At the table, he confirmed that I'm avoiding dairy and returned the salad to the kitchen without hesitation, without serving it. I am very appreciative. The nest salad delivered was perfect and perfectly yummy! Thank you, Romeo's!

What else can a guy say? Their pizza is very unique and always wonderful. I think it's the proper definition of gourmet pizza. There's something about the cheese that's quite different from most restaurants (likely that it's real cheese) and it's a nice atmosphere. I stopped in for lunch and a beer with a friend and it was a warm treat. It's a long way from cheap, but it's still great value for a premium product. I'll be back!

Very busy, especially on weekends, but the service is always great. On this occasion I had the fish and chips, which seems like an odd choice in an Italian restaurant, but they make seriously amazing fish and chips. Fish was hot and very fresh with the perfect amount of batter, very crisp and tasty. Fries are always awesome here. Staff work hard and are anxious to please. Prices are slightly on the expensive side compared to similar restaurants. Other than that.a great experience.

Was just what we where looking for a family restaurant, with good food. If you are from the states it is a older style food type of a family restaurant compared to South of the border, but it is done very well. No issues with that here. The restaurant was very clean with a moden decore.

You are here because it's family dinner night again or maybe a relative's birthday. Menu is blend of italian-greek-mexi-canadian. They also have fish and chips, local beers, wine and martinis with fancy names.

I know this is probably impossible/impractical. But it would be nice to have dividers/furniture or something to help with the noise between tables.

Still the best pizza in town. If you like cheese.they NEVER skimp on the cheese. Incredible staff too. They make it feel like a second home.

This is a nice but very busy restaurant. Each time I go there with my friends, I find it super crowded. The staff are very friendly and the food is tasty as well. The location is convenient with lots of parking spots available. Totally recommend it.

The food is good, the only problem is how they handle food allergies. We had someone who had food allergies, we told the waiter that he could not eat “milk, butter, cheese and mayonnaise. ”So basically no dairy and no mayo, (mayo contains eggs and sour cream so it could be put under the meat and alternatives group or under dairy). Besides that, after telling the waiter “no milk, butter, cheese, and mayonnaise. ” The person had tried the hamburger, (it was not to bad according to him) but he tasted something unusual. So he checked what was inside to realize that there was mayonnaise on the hamburger bun. After telling the waiter what had happened, she ended up being very rude. Not even a single apology but she had said that “she did not do it. ” After talking to the chef he said that the order had just said “no dairy, ” so it was not the chefs fault because mayonnaise could follow under meat and alternatives group. After that, the waiter had nothing to say, (it was her fault that she did not write “no mayonnaise, ” in her notes). Now, I am not trying to put hate on the waiter but she needs to know that it is nice to apologize, even if you think it wasn’t you.

Love it here. Family friendly is really important to us and this place fits the bill. Good is always good and very consistent. They allow modifications as well and don't seem to mind. Will be back!

I don't know that I've ever enjoyed a meal more. My steak was perfect and my server Trisha was absolutely amazing! She made our visit sooooo much fun!
