Romilano Pizza Restaurant, Fire Brick Oven Pizza Delivery

From a pure pizza by the slice perspective. The pizza looked old but the i wanted to try it anyway. $4.25 after tax per slice. They heated it up for 20 seconds and it was still cold. Flavour was only okay and texture was too chewy. It’s a hard pass if you’re looking for pizza by the slice

Okay so I just ordered a margarita pizza. That took over 1 hour to recieve. It's not even a margarita pizza. There's is barely any sauce. Not even the right cheese. And it's ice cold. Even on their website they have a picture of what it should be. Which I'll add next to what I actually got

This location has really nice staff. Today I went ahead and ordered 3 individual slices and I got to say it was a great lunch! The pizza doesn't taste stale and is packed with flavour and crunch. Will be returning and not to mention their pricing is great for what get and big thanks to noni or Carolina for being so great

Close to the hotel we were at. Made of a easy meal the night before flying out. Super friendly staff. Great crust. The dip is super tasty! No piece was left behind from our two extra large pizzas.

Good food. Horrible owner/management. Typical rude, confrontational types over the phone but timid in person. Refused to replace (exchange, nothing free) my delivery pizza when I called in after it was delivered cold. Said I was some sort of scammer. Hung up on me multiple times.

Every pizza by the slice I've tried has been pretty good, but order a whole pie if you can. Staff is friendly and the price us right.

Love this place. We are from Ontario and visit family in Vancouver often. Every time we visi, t this is a must visit for us. Great pizzas, atmosphere and the staff are always friendly.
Hopefully, you will open up one in Ontario

Pretty sure it's the only wood fire pizza place in Richmond but even still it's a great pizza restaurant whether you wamt a quick slice or a whole pie. The pricing is alright but compared to similar quality pizza like Italian tomato it is way cheaper and has more toppings.

Used to be a good pizza, not anymore! Poor quality ingredients and the pizza dough is like cardboard.

Crust is delicious. On point for sure. But the traditional pizza sauce and toppings is missing that little extra. If they had toppings and sauces like straight out of Brooklyn then this place would be a 5 stars no doubt. Id argue their crust is even better than straight outta Brooklyn

Their spicy beef is for sure 5 stars though. I’d even go and say their spicy beef is the Best spicy beef I’ve had. The regular pies are a bit bland.

Still the best pizza in Richmond hands down.

Very sweet owner, the pizza is delicious and we order it monthly at our work. Way better quality than other pizza shops and the garlic sauce is a must. When ordering on the app they always get our customizations correct! A great local pizza shop️

Romilano Pizza is by far the best pizza I have ever had in my life. The ingredients are extremely high quality and you can immediately tell when you’re eating it. The owner is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet and was very flexible and will to help make pur experience better. Overall just a truly amazing experience and everyone need to try out if you visit richmond or live here!

Could easily be 5 stars. But they got to figure out their crust. Picked up the box of pizza, brought it home 10 minutes after and the crust is super hard and chewy. You'd have to eat the pizza right away in the parking lot. But other then that, very good pizza!

Terrible experience. Owner refused to accept that his pizza was cold upon delivery. Insisted that I was lying and trying to "get a free pizza" when I had the entire pie waiting to exchange for a fresh one. I had already paid, so there was nothing free. All I wanted was my cold pizza exchanged for a fresh one. Was a customer since this place opened as Pizza Garden and used to stop by after work all of the time. Never complained, never asked for a replacement prior. Loved and supported this business for years, recommended it to my friends and family, only to be treated like a dishonest thief by some old man over his own mistake. Don't even get me started on the kid on the phone who acts all rude until you're in the store physically, then he's all nice and friendly to your face. Never again will these people get my business.

The best pizza I've ever had. The spicy beef is my all time favorite pizza anywhere. The crust is what makes this pizza place over the top, crunchy and chewy, perfect to dip in the tasty garlic sauce they have. I don't even eat at the chain places anymore because this pizza just made me realize how good things can be. I've never had a bad pizza from here.

Always great. I have ordered multiple pizzas for the office on many occasions. Always great, they are helpful and accommodating. A little more expensive than the competition but they have a special for 2 pizzas that reduces the price a bit and I don't mind paying for good quality and supporting a small independent.

Delicous pizza with a thin crust. Me and my brother tried four flavours, our favourite is spicy beef followed by pepperoni then cheese and finally bbq chicken. None of them were bad, we just liked some more than others.

I ordered six large pizzas online for a work party and received additional 10% off by picking them up! All pizzas were fantastic! And they had all of them ready in 20 minutes. This is true Italian Thin crust pizza. Best in Richmond!

Location is reachable by Canada line, and they have a proper oven. Pizzas here are definitely some if the better ones I've tasted. Their dough is chewy and the crust is crispy. A good substitute for Dominos.

Good pizza. I had issues trying to find the restaurant, as I was visiting from Washington, so I called. The gentleman was very helpful and I was able to find it. The pizza was pretty good, kids loved it Crust thin and had a good crunch to it. I could eat here again, if the wife would let me.
