We really appreciated how quickly Andy McGhee responded to texts, emails and phone calls. It was reassuring knowing if we had a question or wanted to see a property that he would make it happen for us promptly. He always came to a showing of a potential home with lots of information on that property and had good knowledge as to the surrounding area for comparison homes. We were able to sell our townhome and buy a perfect rancher in our budget within a few short months. Andy understood our desire to move into a single family home and he made it happen. I was referred to Ryan by my realtor who sold my home in Coquitlam, as I was looking to move to the island. With very short notice, Ryan set up 5 or 6 showings for one day. The timing was well planned so that we weren’t rushed but were able to see all of the houses in one day. April was great to work with. She always contacted me with a change or addition to our viewing. She was so quick to get back to me when I had questions or concerns. She always made time for us, either with the showings, viewing the house multiple times (which was 1-1/2 hrs away), being here when we got possession and then left us with a lovely gift box. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ryan Fach from The Neal Estate Team for the sale of my property. I initially noticed his name while driving by my neighbourhood where he had a property listed for sale one day and two days later he had already sold it. I called The Neal Estate office and learned that he sold the property for well over asking price. Knowing that, I definitely wanted Ryan and his team helping me sell my property. When I first spoke with Ryan he was very personable and incredibly knowledgeable about the sales process (and I had a lot of questions for him!) When Ryan viewed my property he came prepared with pertinent literature about the current real estate market, information about himself and The Neal Estate Team, along with detailed information about my property, and sales of similar properties in my area. He definitely did his homework before we even met. I was impressed with his level of organization and how prepared and knowledgeable he was. All this was great, but I must say, in addition to all those qualities, Ryan is such a nice man who instantly made me feel comfortable and made me feel like I was the most important client to him. While preparing for the sale of my property, Ryan coordinated the photographer, the gentleman doing the measurements, and the videographers (who were all kind and respectful) in slightly staggered times so that none of them were in each others way. The realtor I had with the initials of KP was horribly rude to me. She sold my mobile and while in the process of looking up island for something, she proceeded to insult me saying I was using her and she was going to send me a bill for her time and if I had any integrity at all I would just pay it. But, I probably didn't. She also called a realtor in the other area that I had spoken to and yelled at her too. I would not recommend using her

I was not quite ready to show my house at that time, but he stayed in touch with me and kept me updated on the status of the market. He remained very patient and was ready for me when I was finally ready to show my house.

The Team was very respectful and nice to work with when they came in to start the sale process by creating the needed media. The amount of media and all of the platforms that they used was very impressive. I have never had so much attention brought to a house that I have sold before!

Ron and April co listed this property and together we had to jump over quite a few hurdles and once or twice through burning hoops!
This property could not be handled by an inexperienced realtor. It was a lovely 7500 sq ft renovated commercial building that was featured in two magazines. It had no comparables and had to wear two hats during the sale as both a commercial property and residential. Because of the size and complexity April had to attend every showing for two years. We had 9 failed contracts but Ron, April and the team never gave up and NEVER got down!
I don’t know of nor have I heard of any other agent/ team that could have handled this property to such a successful conclusion. Well done Ron and April, you guys are the best!
