Super wonderful facility with kind, welcoming, and approachable staff. It's very clean and well maintained. A wide variety of equipment is available for any workout you need. The women's gym is also a wonderful asset for females who want to ensure a safe place to work out. Would highly recommend:)

It's not a fancy gym, but it's well run, clean, the maintenance is great, it's never busy during the day, and it has a good client list. Ie. No d-bags, etc.

Why your website doesn't provide prices, do you expect I waste my time for calling?

DO NOT! Sign up for a membership at this gym unless you plan to continue to go there on a regular basis as they make it next to IMPOSSIBLE to get out of it, to the point that it’s borderline scammy.

My reviews are negative. I lost $3000 in fees when I didn’t even live in Vancouver anymore. I called them several times and told them I don’t live in town to cancel my membership but they would not. I literally had to book an appointment, and go to the location to cancel.
Yes my reviews are all negative! I’m trying to warn people of shady bussiness practices or bad service!

Amazing gym, great atmosphere, would highly highly recommend. Amazing staff also made the experience perfect. Pleasure as always!

Bizarre and unprofessional behavior from whoever responds to these reviews. I checked this place out years ago. Seemed fine but I decided not to join as you couldn't deadlift heavy due to the hair salon being underneath. What was with the response to Philip Phil and meeting face to face? A thinly veiled threat? Weird.
