Worst customer service experience I we have ever seen in our life. We were not satisfied with the answer we were given by an employee named Nicole so we asked someone else the same question. Nicole started sighing and saying they asked me the same question I gave them an answer already and created the biggest scene just because we asked a second employee the same questions. Nicole was a white women and had the audacity to call us “Karen” she told us to leave the store and when we asked for the manager she very arrogantly pointed towards her manager saying there he is go ahead and complaint like she was not afraid of treating us so poorly. She was the worst human being possible and should seriously receive someone training. If this store has CCTV camera please go ahead and check footage from isle 16 on August 5th around 5: 40 pm. Absolutely horrible experience she should be fired.

This store has to have the absolute worst customer service of any store I have ever been in. The MANAGER was not only rude and dismissive, she started to call the customer she was dealing with names. The customer has questions about a product on display that was on sale, when the customer brought it up to the cashier she was told that it wasn’t on sale, long story short, some of the items, which were all identical, had a different SKU than the same items due to being newer stock. But they were the same item. The manager basically called this customer a con artist and then began referring to her as KAREN. I was so shocked at the managers behavior, I placed everything I had brought up to the cashier to pay for, over $400 of merchandise, at the managers feet and told her she just lost both sales. I left that store and will NEVER return.
The manager of the clearbrook Rona needs to take some training or retire. She is disgraceful.

Very poor customer service. Lady at paint section so rude. People sitting at customer service don’t even know how to say hi or even standup to address an issue.

First time in Rona on a long time. Got some sanding tools for my wife's furniture reno project

Great location and the store is quite nice, the associates are always fantastic and know what they are talking about. I store is a bit small but they can't change that.

Every time I go here I'm disappointed. The staff is negligible and when you do find them they act as though it is a huge chore to help you.
They also do not have a large selection. I only go here because it's close to home.

Really an odd set up at this location.also the staff didn’t really point me in the right direction or seem to even know what i was talking about (trimmer line and loppers). Very run down feeling but better than nothing if you need supplies.

Tried returning something with my receipt and was given an arrogant response from the manager that I couldn’t return it because of bc water regulations. He tried telling me to go use the website to figure it out. Oddly he ended up returning it for me after arguing with me about how I wasn’t listening to him.
Rona, I highly suggest you do some customer service training. I will never come back to this store, I don’t support bad service and am shocked the manager thought is was acceptable to argue with me while telling me I wasn’t listening to him.

Very bad experience not good people.i have vip account every day i brought many things but today i brought toilet fill valve.after install leak i sent my son to exchange they don’t want.say after use can’t exchange.if product have defected why didn’t exchange have to call manufacturers company but this my mom with washroom how can.now i brought another one from canadian tire but they have different policies

If you know what you are looking for, a good place to find items for your home projects. Prices in line with the other hardware stores. Ample parking lot.

I drove across our city to find some garden items and find a planter base roller round. I stopped to enquire at the pay shack near the out side where garden sprayers ect were located. No one around so went inside. Told by staff girl, check out side way on other side might have some? Drove around building, saw a employee f.smoking must of been her brake. Waited till fork lift employee finished and asked him. Said he did not work here to ask person inside till. I walked inside and she paged some one. No one came in 10 min, tried again inside, paged, waited 15 min no one came to help me. Saw employee outside I guess on break? Went to pay for a brick at pay shack. I hate coming to this Rona on South Fraser Way as terrible service, out of supplies, or just no one helps you. Numerous times, bad customer service! Of all hardwood supply stores, garden supplies I have had the worst service here yet in our city. Will not come here again! (longbeach).

Horrible place to shop if you actually need help finding something. Every person that works here is here literally to stock shelves or do cash registers. I asked 4 different people for help and they said "oh I don't know maybe this aisle, go look (names aiale). I look, I can't find what I'm looking for, not even remotely related to what I asked.so I asked again and she just says" well I don't know what that is. Sorry. " So I asked if someone else can help that does know. Next person. I don't know anything about that kind of stuff. Then Somebody else asks him for help. Same answer to that customer" oh I'm not sure, I don't know. " If you're working in a store that requires you to know about the products you sell, you should probably start to learn them.because it's very frustrating when the customer needs help but literally no one in the store is educated on the stuff that you sell. Really poor customer service. So if your needing help with something. Don't go here.if you know exactly what you need. Go for it.

Absolutely No help what so ever from 'customer service' today finding stock that the website says they have. Asked at service to be told to find someone else who somehow could not be found. What a joke this store is! Went to Blackwood Building Supplies to get what l needed.with help.
