How could you deny a customer when he is showing receipt picture in his phone and your manager keeps on asking for paper receipt. Just because it was an exchange On this basis you will also say that we don’t accept emailed receipt

The garden center sucks. Many things are not priced, no help, and the plants are not taken care of properly. The plants are overpriced as well. The staff was sitting down on the floor in the outside kiosk

Was in the yard today looking at wood when a gentleman named Vince asked if I needed help. I used to frequent this store quite often so I have been helped by many employees but Vince really stepped I up. This guy is a total asset to Rona! Super helpful, so kind.great employee. Thank you for your help today Vince!

This was my first visit to Rona Chilliwack.
I went there to pick up an online order. Looks are definitely deceiving. From the outside the store doesn't really look all that big but wow, once you're inside it's quite large.
I must say that I was very impressed. The store is very well laid out and organized. It's bright and extremely clean.
The staff were friendly and professional and very approachable.
I didn't get a chance to browse around but I'll definitely be going back to wander around especially in the garden centre that I saw as I was leaving.

My home recently needed new door locks and I went to explore my options at this location, I was feeling overwhelmed with the different types of locks, however one of the staff helped me through all the different options and guided me to make an educated decision on which type of locks to use. Overall, I got to learn a lot more about locks and it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend this location to my friends and family.
