We purchase the majority of our building products from Dawson Brill. The ownership is the same as Southridge Building Supplies. It's beneficial to us because we have more resources available to us. It is family owned and operated, providing a great customer experience and environment. The service is impeccable. Deliveries are on time and packaged exceptionally. The yard staff takes the time to check for damage. This is a fantastic company to purchase a BBQ or a framing package for a new barn or home.

Had an issue with a return but the ownership handled it and at the end of the day I was very pleased with everything and been going there for years and is the only time I had an issue of any sort. So five star review

Your older lot guy has a rude attitude for no reason. He might be the boss because he was rude to me in front of the cashiers too. Either way we shop there all the time. Its the closest place to all the farms I work with.

Fantastic staff, Great prices, always willing to help and do whatever they can to help out with today’s crazy prices, can’t say enough positive things about their business practices! Went this morning to go a few cattle panels, to make a trellis, the young lady at the counter new exactly what I was looking for and showed me. Went back in to pay, and I asked if I could get them delivered since I didn't have a big enough vehicle, they were 16 feet long, she said no problem they can deliver today, yee haw, happy.delivery showed up about 2 hours later, and the wonderful lady who brought them to me was absolutely awesome. I will definitely go back there.wonderful knowledgeable kind people.

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable, almost too helpful. Had just what I was looking for, even though I didn't know it even existed. I was planning to make a shelf and they had exactly what worked.

They don't have a large inventory but the service is better than you will ever get at a big box store.

The owners and staff are wonderful! I've never encountered an employee who was having a an off day. Or if they were, they certainly did not show it! 9 times out of 10 the knowledgable staff will take the time to be my personal shopper and shows me around to everything on my materials list.

Donna has also been incredibly generous in offering our non-profit rabbit rescue Rabbitats substantial discounts on our supplies. This tells me that not only do they have happy staff members, but they also care about their community and Animal Welfare. Please give them your business, they will prove to you that you made the right choice.

Everything I needed was there for my new chicken coop. The staff was so helpful, and the delivery guy showed up when I was told he would. Good job, Dawson-Brill.

Just had the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at a building supply store. I needed to buy 50 fence posts and wanted to have them reasonably straight and in good shape. On viewing their pile I noted that they had been picked through and only about a third of the remaining (11 posts) would be useful to me. I did note though, that they had a couple of unopened bundles. The cashier inside told me that the staff would be happy to open a bundle and make sure I got 50 good posts and I paid him. When I went back out and asked the yard staff to help me I was told I had to take what was there and they would not open a new bundle unless I took the crooked ones too. Apparently I was talking to a owner to tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with them (I have a farm and a side business of pounding posts and I would never put one of these in a client's fence). Overall very rude and I left without my posts. Also these guys are not properly observing covid- 19 protocols. A young staff member walked in front of me within 18" of me and keypads do not appear to be wiped etc. I buy a lot of building material but never again from them.

A hidden gem located in Langley, BC. If you have any type of 'project' and need courteous, knowledgable, and friendly help.this is the place. I can honestly say that 'I arrived as a customer, but left as a friend'.

I have a number of the reasons why I go to this location and choose this store to do my business with.

First, the customer services is second to none! Ever go to a hardware store and wonder if everyone is either on vacation or lunch. Well not this place! I have always been warmly greeted when entering and if I have ever needed assistance its easy to find someone "fast".

Secondly, the pricing is excellent for lot of stuff but especially for nails and screws "can't do better than here".

Thirdly, I had purchased a product which was defective and called in to see what could be done. They "Donna" took the information over the phone and got back to me in a respectful short period of time and handled my concerns with better than expected results. What more can I say than "wow" and "bravo".

Call me old fashion, but I still feel that the value of community and customer service goes along way! Great store, has an excellent cross selection of materials and goods for everyone such as the homeowner and all the way to the construction contractor.

The people are what make this store a real gem. Donna is so helpful and goes the extra mile. We left rona Langley after we waited way too long for help to never come. Dawson brill has exceptional service.
