Staff don’t seem like they want to be there. Have been trying for 2 days to buy a half price vanity listed on the flyer and website as half off, can’t buy it in store, can’t buy it on line. Called store yesterday, told some would be in today, called today, told they were in yesterday but all sold and now they are on back order, won’t do a rain check or anything to be helpful. Home Depot price matches.and they are helpful, bye Rona.

Looking for a particular product, I couldn't find it, staff looked they couldn't either went to our car. As we were pulling out, the staff ran out of the store with the product.

Staff are really cool and helpful. Never met anyone there not willing to help out, great attitude as well.

Today I called to order Pro-Mix Premium Organic Vegetable and Herb Mix - 112 L since it wasn't currently at the store, they told me I have to come in to put a deposit down. No problem, I go in, and then they tell me in order for them to get it in this store I would have to buy an entire pallet of it. That is why you get one star, can't even get this on sale, and now I have to spend 3x more for 3x less getting the tiny sized one. Sickk.

Very disappointed with the customer service. Was inquiring about self-propelled battery powered lawnmower. There were 3 employees nearby who seemed to have very limited knowledge and each one turned around and went about doing what they were doing.
We left due to lack of effort on their part. Would have been nice to tell us something about the mowers and possibly a brief demo.

I shop here often and the staff is often helpful and friendly. The phone system can be difficult to navigate to get to an actual person tho

Contracted Rona to do our house renovation; couldn’t be happier with their contractor and the quality of Glen’s work. The quality of the components purchased incl.shower, sinks, hot water on demand, tiles, laminate, doors, door knobs even, have held up well. Very pleased indeed.

Great customer service! Katherine was friendly and had a great personality. It's employees like her that keep customers coming back to Rona.

Worst customer service I have experienced. Cashier just grunted and help desk employees would offer any help when asked about stock items. Will never go back to that store. Brutal

Just had a horrible experience at this branch. Had an older lady at the front till treat me horrible. I can’t believe that a company would allow customers to be treated so poorly. I was very kind a patient and got nothing but rudeness back. Definitely will not be returning. Also be sure not to mention you are native to this lady. She obviously has a problem with aboriginal people and started being horrendous to me as soon as I mentioned I was status and gave her my card. If I could give zero stars I would and I will be following up with the manager to discuss why racism is allowed in their store
