Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Manager and staff don't care about their products. They sold me a pale of paint that was solidified. Rona brand paint! I wish I am able to sum up the nightmare in a few sentences. It's embarrassing to say they are Canadian owned!

Amazing service all around from the Lumbar yard! Special shout out to Nick, who assisted us so much today.

Their return policy is hopelessly inadequate. I had a moen kitchen sink faucet that went faulty after a few months. They would only take it back if was purchased within one month. Now I know from several examples of previous experience that The Home Depot would have taken it back with no questions asked. It did, after all, have a factory defect.

Carson sold us a washer/dryer today. He was fabulous. We couldn't be happier with the service.

The customer service at this location needs a lot of work, very rude with little help.
A very bad experience and probably would go back, a lot of other places to choose from.

Always get great service. From recommendations from the paint department, to cutting materials for me. Always an efficient and knowledgable experience.

Refused to honor their price guarantee.
Bought a $1000 Weber BBQ. A week later the same BBQ was featured in Rona's flyer for $100 less. They refused to honor the price guarantee because, apparently we bought the last one and they no longer have stock.
I have no idea what that has to do with honoring the price guarantee.
I worked for Canada Safeway for 44 years and most assuredly Safeway would honor that guarantee regardless of stock.
I'll drive the few extra miles to Home Depot from now on.

This Rona is the absolute worse one.
First off I want to say this. There employees think they are above the law.
I've watch first hand someone who had a medical exemption for wear a mask due to breathing issues and these guys wouldn't let him grab a couple items well staying away from everyone. They physically removed him from store. Such a terrible business. I would recommend to stay away. Not only was he thrown out but verbally abused. By multiple employees. I know we live in hard times but for one you can't when ask the person the reasoning behind not wearing a mask.specially after he said he can't wear one due to medical issues. So again stay away I would give this place negative stars but there is no way todo so.
Terrible and shame on these people. Stay away and support business who respect others.

Had a problem with a purchase, Scott quickly helped resolve the situation.

Awesome staff, courteously helpful for our brondell pure spa bidet. The product is exactly what we need and expected.

I've shopped at this particular location many times and, with the exception of a few staff members, I find the service to be very poor and many of the staff are unfriendly and unhelpful, particularly at the checkouts. Given that RONA's prices are also higher on average, than, say, Home Depot, it's hard to think of any reasons to shop here aside from proximity.

I'd give it a zero if there were one to give. This is about a product that I purchased there: "Easy Screen -Self-adhesive screen repair patches. DON'T DO IT. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT DOES NOT DO WHAT IT CLAIMS and will never stick to the screen. The adhesive remains nicely on the backing that you are supposed to dispose of.

An employee of this store recently after her shift almost killed me and 3 other drivers on the highway between Tsawwassen and Ladner last night. She brutally cut off the person behind me and almost rear ended me at the turnoff to 17a, tried to pass me on the chicane on both sides, tried to pass everyone in the fast lane at about 130kph by using the slow lane, and when she got stuck behind a slower driver in the slow lane proceeded to cut into my lane almost hitting me and forcing me into the median. She is not only very stupid on the road but also quite likely could have been drinking on the job before doing all of this. Her name is Dorothy McLean and before she worked at Rona she was fired from the ferries for multiple complaints about customer service and even sexual harassment. The union would not even stand up for her as she was such a horrible person and horrible employee. When I asked her why she tried to kill the both of us yesterday, she snidely denied what she did until I told her I recognized her and her car out front, was about as rude as possible to me while smiling for the surveillance cameras, and told me I needed to watch my language even though I spoke calmly and did not swear. I am a regular customer of Rona and the manager refused to take my call when I called to complain about the in store incident. This store is a joke if they keep such a degenerate idiot on their staff and when I do go and speak to the manager in person he will be getting an exact repeat of this story if he has not already read it.

Obviously this person has had a run in with this person previously. Had a great experience at this store.

Incredibly disappointed with the store. I bought product at a Rona store in Coquitlam and was told it could not be returned to the Tsawwassen store. No signs in either store advising customers that this could happen. I will certainly decrease the number of trips to this Tsawwassen store and favour Home Depot where returns are less of a hassle.

Very good customer service, consistently. Fast, personable, helpful staff. And I've gotten the item I need each time, both with helpful advice, and they were in stock. I'll be back regularly.
