Get my little snoodle groomed here. They are always able to fit us in, and they do a great job with her grooming.

The staff here is amazing. I have had my cat there numerous times, and he is always so well cared for.

Website states they can administer insulin under the “cat boarding” page, but when you call they say they don’t.

Although our doggo is new here and timid the staff are friendly and informative. They've addressed all our concerns and give accurate info on the state of our furry one. We'll continue to use them in the future when we need.

My friendly but very wild dog, Samosa, loves his visits at Rondivills. I won’t take my dog anywhere else!

Absolutely a perfect spot to board tour dog. We have been using them the past two years and have only good things to say.

Great staff and facilities! My pup loves coming for the day or for an overnight boarding when we can't bring her along.

This place is OK. I boarded my dog, Roxy, in the summer of 2014 for over 3 weeks. I believe she was adequately taken care of at that time, although I wouldn't board her here again. She came back from the kennel extremely sun-burnt - the skin on her back and tummy had turned from the light pink colour it usually is to a spotty, dark brown colour all over. I understand dogs change skin colour during different seasons just as humans do but this was EXCESSIVE. Roxy hasn't turned that dark colour before or since her visit to Rondivills, so that was disappointing. Clearly the staff at Rondivills let Roxy out of her kennel and bake in the sun as much as she wanted and didn't do a good job of monitoring her. Furthermore, I had asked for pictures of Roxy while I was away, but only received pics one time. Like I said, I was disappointed and I wouldn't board Roxy here again, but in the end, I am not going to give this place a completely negative review because Roxy did come back in one piece and relatively healthy (apart from the excessive sun burn).

DON'T BRING YOU PETS HERE! Over the Christmas holiday's I brought in my rat to board, sounds simply enough. Right? WRONG. They gave me back a filthy cage with no bedding, and the only towel inside smelt like it hasn't been washed in 2 weeks. It was appalling. I tried emailing (got no reply), so I called and spoke to the manager Lisa about this to understand how this sort of negligence happened but she managed to avoid speaking with me twice. SO unprofessional. The first time she told me she'd "call me back". When she didn't I called the kennel again and was told she actually went home for the day? Even though she told me she'd be there. The next time I called she was "too busy" to speak to me and had her receptionist talk with me. Not a good impression from a manager. I gave a fair chance to get some clarity but it seems customer problems aren't that important. SO here it is.

I dropped off my rat here hours before flying out to Europe and wasn't informed beforehand his cage would literally in the middle of the cat room. Turns out Rondivills keep small animals like guinea pigs, hamsters, rats, etc. Surrounded by free roaming cats. This is something I feel should be disclosed to customers prior to making the booking. I was super uncomfortable with this and expressed my concerns to the girl. She told me if there are any troubles they will put my rats cage in another room. Turns out they didn't.

When I picked up my rat a girl admitted to me some cats were taunting him, so instead of moving the cage into another room they shoved it into a kennel for cats. Still in the same room? This sounds like an uncomfortable situation for both the cats and rodents to be in such a tight vicinity to one another and smell one another so closely. Upon seeing the cage I realized it was dirty, but didn't focus too much on it until I got home and saw how disgusting it was. There was no bedding, urine and feces was all over, and my dear rat was just terrified. There is no excuse for returning a cage like that to a paying customer. If I'm paying for pet care I require PET CARE. When I called to complain, the receptionist said they are "super busy and have other animals to attend to", as an excuse for the filth. If you're "too busy" don't take in more animals. A boarding facility is there to take care of pets, which I feel did not happen. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

We’ve been taking our dog here for years. He gets lots of activity, always finds a “friend”.
