I highly recommend you DO NOT sign up for Roomvu! I signed up for the first year and didn’t receive any leads. I linked them to my Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Several months ago I noticed my Instagram account was no longer connected to roomvu. When I asked for help to reconnect it, I never received any assistance. My year was up on April 11th and they charged my CC for another year. I never agreed to the 2nd year! I’ve reached out to them (called & email) and I can’t get anyone to call me back.save your money, share this post and encourage all agents not to use #roomvu online marketing services!

My team and I have had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Roomvu. We paid for the annual platinum plan - over $1,000 - expecting a quality product and service. What we got was the furthest from it. We engaged the service in January and sent all requested branding materials. It was then complete radio silence with no response to any of our follow up emails, including a request for a refund for 4 MONTHS. In July, we were finally connected to a new company representative who assured us we would be taken care of moving forward and have timely correspondence. This did not happen and it took him yet another month to get back to us - bringing us to August, 9 months later, with no usable assets whatsoever. We continued to reach out to no avail - bringing us to October 2022! At that point we were so frustrated and over it, we AGAIN requested a refund, only to be denied. We are shocked at the complete lack of professionalism, poor customer experience and care for their customers - do not use this company! To date (a full 14 months later), I STILL have NOT received ANY of the assets promised and have NOT been able to even use the service as promised as well. Again - as real estate and Inman News Community member, contributor and techy, I would not recommend this company. - Kendall Bonner
