Rosa-Anna was amazing to work with. We started out our journey of buying our first home with a bank directly last summer. Just after we got our pre-approval the CMHC changed their rules and we had lost a lot of buying power. I did some digging on the internet and found out there were 3 insurers for that we could work with but most big bank only work with one. The big bank never told us this. They just told us we now weren't pre-approved for the same amount post changes.

I was discussing this with a friend who at that time told me about Rosa-Anna. She had nothing but glowing things to say about her and told me that she can work with banks that could keep our buying power.

I'm so happy I made the decision to call Rosa-Anna. Buying our first home was so stressful but Rosa-Anna went above and beyond for us. It was so nice to have someone there to help us. When we were going directly through the bank we honestly struggled to understand all the terms and things they threw at us. We were blown away how much time she made for us and how she even helped us with per own personal advice when she was home searching. It felt like she was our personal advisor that helped us through everything.

I didn't realize the amount of stuff I didnt know about buying your first home until Rosa-Anna took the time to explain it to us. The big bank just assumed we knew all of this and we really had no idea what was going on. Prior to working with Rosa-Anna we had no idea the actaully amount we qualified for. The bank would have us submit houses and they would tell us based on the PT and such what we could be approved for. Rosa-Anna taught us how to do all the calculations ourself and gave us a real number. Now picking houses to view was finally fun and that worry that we couldnt reslly afford it was gone.

She told us about property tax rebates and a few other things that we qualified for and had no idea existed.
