Rose Valley Veterinary is the BEST Vet I have ever been to. I have 2 dogs, Tikka and Nikko.and I have own dogs all my life and I moved around bc as well, so i have been to many different Vets.and met alot of different staff. BUT. At Rose Valley.every staff member is so amazing and super friendly, and Dr. Oz is the best Vet I have ever met.

I did call, and I emailed. And a month later when that email wasn't addressed and my dog's health continued to deteriorate, as I had made known to the doctor it would under her current treatment plan, I emailed again to have the records sent to a different clinic who were able to resolve the months long issue on the first visit at a tenth of the cost.
I also politely asked if I could get my money back for the dangerous and (at best) ineffectual treatment your clinic sold me under false pretenses and was told the best you could do was take another look at my dog.
Thankfully, I followed the advice of several former patients and went elsewhere!

Dr. Mei is fantastic. All the staff is also very pleasant and there is always follow up which is appreciated.

Dr. Mei is such a great vet! The staff are super friendly and there's kitty cats that live there that you can pet and give some love to! Super grateful that this is Milo's new vet.

The Staff at Rose valley and Dr May truly are amazing humans.
They shared in the saddest day I experienced in my lifetime when I had too say goodbye too Goobie my dog of 20 years.
They were professional, compassionate, understanding. And truly helped me find peace in Goobies end of life.
Thank you all so much! Your job is not easy and I thank you for all you have done for us! When the time is right we will be back with a new pet!
