Rosedale on Robson Suite Hotel

I can be very particular to please, they, the staff at the Rosedale were very professional in their duties in their services.
Yes, I would go back again.

My parents stayed in this place over the weekend and the rooms are quite roomy but on the older side and quite plain. You can’t beat the price though, for a downtown hotel that was right off Robson and so centrally located, it was a good deal!

The pool was nice, the hot tub was warm (not hot, and the jets were almost non existent), the gym is very sparse and the steam room didn’t seem to steam very much. As someone who searches these things out in particular for hotels I was a little let down but like I said, crazy good prices for where you are located!

This place is a gem. From service to location to having great amenities, The Rosedale on Robson is a must stay. The only complaint I have is how busy the elevators are. It is not uncommon to have to wait several minutes, even 10 minutes at times. But that isn't enough to stop me from staying here time and time again. Thanks Rosedale Staff, see u again soon

We had no idea of where to stay in Vancouver so i chose this based on location near to downtown.
The hotel is ideally located and walking distance to all the touristy areas.
Nice and clean and welcoming and all the staff we met was welcoming and eager to help and make our stay excellent.
We stayed in 1702 a suite which was very clean and tidied each day with a small kitchen and fridge.
We ate breakfast the first morning which was a little basic they had run out of croissants but plenty of fruit and other muffins etc.
Only slight complaint was having to pay full car park to park in the hotel carpark.
That said great hotel reasonable price ideally placed and nice staff.

The room was ok, but needs a renovation. The staff is always nice and helpful The breakfast is not so good, generally not comparable to European standards in Canada. The location, on the other hand, is absolutely great, right in the city and still quiet were there 2 nights, you can get to the airport quickly, but underground parking costs extra.

Siute fabulous, cracking views from balcony over city. Would stay longer if necessary. Lobby staff very approachable and freidly.

The hotel is situated next to a fire station and you can hear the sirens all night and all day. It’s definitely not a quite location. The service is ok, the rooms are nothing special, old decor and furniture. The garden is not a pleasant place to rest or enjoy a coffee. Unfortunately there were people there smoking something unpleasant and for us the smell came through the windows. Unfortunately I would not recommend for a long stay.

Check in and check out process was very smooth. Room was pretty spacious and came with a kitchenette stocked with a sponge and dish soap as well as all the silverware and plates needed.

My one complaint is that the sofa bed was really unpleasant to sleep on.

Pool - Not Heated! So water is cold. Don't get confused.
Hottub - Good.
Dry Sauna - Good but has timer. If 1st user then takes about 20 min to get hot.
Steam Sauna - didn't try it.

I have 2 kids who love swimming but not cold pool. Review said heated but it is NOT! Pool and hot tub (Jacuzzi) are in green house like area so the area is warm but pool is freaking cold.

Service wise so friendly staff. For us, our room didn't make much noise so all great other tha. Cold Pool. Not Fancy but budget friendly for sure.

Very nice, large rooms with a large glass front.
Unfortunately the breakfast was not at all adequate for the price.
The atmosphere wasn't nice, you had to drink coffee out of paper cups, there were only very small plates available and there was no cheese or sausage. I ate toast with eggs and muesli.

A lovely hotel with very clean and well appointed rooms. Located within a 5 minute walk of Downtown Vancouver. Would definitely recommend.

My parents had an amazing stay at this hotel for almost three weeks during December. The personal was incredibly nice and helpful, making sure that their every need was met throughout their stay. The hotel's location is perfect, being close to both Robson Street and Yaletown restaurants.

The room where my parents stayed was clean, comfortable, and spacious.

This is a clean hotel with great staff. Was a little pricey but you get what you pay for. I'd def come back here again when in Vancouver. Beds were comfy and I can't say that about a lot of places we stay.

Stayed for a couple of nights before and after an Alaskan Cruise. Arrived well before official check in but was given a room straight away, much appreciated after a long flight and early disembarkation. Suite was clean and well equipped with excellent city views from the bedrooms. The hotel is well situated for visiting local attractions and the staff were very friendly and helpful with guidance on locations and transport options. The concierge was particularly helpful and informative. Buffet breakfast was provided with plenty of options available and an Original Joe’s next door. We were able to leave luggage for the day for a small fee before departing for the airport later. Recommend the Rosedale and would stay there again if visiting Vancouver in the future.

Lovely spacious apartment with everything you need eg kettle, toaster and nice big towels. I requested quiet room up high which they took note on. Can still hear the road noise from 15th floor but don’t hear noise from other rooms which is most important. Windows all around so lovely views.

Negatives - No toiletries in the room, they can bring shampoo but nothing else, I expect shower gel and body lotion at least. Mattress was so soft, felt like a water bed but some might like that. The Gym is a bit lame but great to have pool and jacuzzi.

Very close to GM Place and Grandville Street. Rooms have everything you need and then some. Impressive

Kinda creepy vibe. Definitely aging. Everything here just gives late 80's / early 90's. If that's your thing, go for it, but for a hotel in the heart of Vancouver it could use a remodel. Service is nice though.

Service and location was perfect. We arrived at 7: 30am and were able to get straight into our room after being up for 24 hours. We left after our 5 night stay and returned twice for an overnight stay. All staff were very welcoming and helpful. A big thank you to the concierge Andrew who was always very helpful towards our needs. Great hotel to stay at being very central to most places.

This is such a great jumping off space for downtown Vancouver. There are lots of local restaurants, shopping and even a grocery store in easy walking distance. Grouse Mountain is a quick 15 minute drive away. The staff were very attentive and often opened the door for us when we came and went. The rooms are wonderful with a nice little kitchenette. The views are great. We always enjoy our stay here.

Well located and the rooms were great. The only thing I'd suggest is better TV as they were pretty old. Not a huge deal since we just used our computer instead.

Very nice and large room. Nice view from the window. Friendly staff. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Very good value for the price we paid.

Recently stayed here and the rooms are an absolute joke, well mine was anyways. The room wasn't cleaned, there was dust and bugs on the window sills, cobwebs on the night stands and bugs found throughout the room. Absolutely disgusting and when bringing it up the the guy at the front desk he just shrugged it off. Hire maid who actually do a full clean and care. This hotel is a joke!
