Excellent vegan cream cheese — LOVE the jalapeño cheddar cashew spread. Service is a little slow (there were only 3 customers & 6 employees so it wasn’t a resource issue?) but food is 10/10

Great boiled bagels and authentic Montreal pastrami

Our first visit here so we went with their toasted signature Rosemary Rocksalt bagels - I chose the Kitsilano sandwich & tomato garlic soup. My friend chose the same bagel with just butter & the carrot ginger soup.

Undeniably very pricey sandwiches considering the small bagel size but it was definitely fresh and delicious / Total bill was $37.51 for this set (in picture)

I happened across this treat of a shop and was pleasantly surprised to find a great little bagel place. I love my bagels so it was very nice to go in and have such a sweet friendly team working. I'm looking forward to my next visit! Thank you to the awesome workers today when I visited! See you all soon!

Great Montréal style bagels (yep they are going to be different than grocery store or NY style) and sweet staff. I had to speak to the manager about a special order and he was really proactive and helpful.

I love all their? But Whistler is my favorite!
Yummy Salmon, crapes and cream cheese

Can’t justify ever spending money at this bakery again. The owner doesn’t support a living wage (ie, survival wage) for his employees. And now, as mayor, he has applied those same values to the city employees. He has revoked Vancouver’s standing as a living wage employer so he can pay all his underlings even less and collect more for himself and his friends.

Do not recommend if you are buying bagels to eat the next day for breakfast.
I kept them in a sealed box but there were so hard, already on the day I purchased them, so the following morning honestly underwhelming. Considering how expensive they are, you would think you can have them for breakfast.
That, and the staff being like 6 of them, empty store, not one hello until I get to the till. Cold atmosphere. Overated place.

Good friendly service, but unfortunate that on weekend mornings the bagels aren’t hot, already hours old. Could be so much better if hot and fresh!

I paid $20 for half a dozen (average) bagels and a small amount of cream cheese. Was then prompted for a tip while paying. 10/10 no notes.

Does not accept cash; pretty inconsiderate considering they operate in a lower to medium income area of the city.

So I needed a couple of fresh Bagels.
Well don't go here.
1- Worst looking bagel I have ever encountered, dry and clearly old. Could have bought a package of 6 for 50 cents more. But don't need 6 just want 2 baked same day fresh ones.
2- over priced
3- will not take cash
4- transaction asks for tip when buying 2 bagels. Come on!
5- Ya just bit into one, it is disgusting. Then I cut it in half. Unbaked dough in centre.
6- I bake my own, or buy from Jewish deli but am away from home so don't have these options close to me. So ya I know a good bagel when I see and taste one. These are BAD!
7- one star rating is too much!

Extremely underrated place on the Drive, lots of seating, friendly team and amazing bagels! Breakfast offered all day and fresh bagels coming out of the oven constantly.

When we visit Vancouver Rosemary rocksalt is always a must! I absolutely love their Montreal smoked meat bagel meal. The soups are fantastic and have the best flavour too! I’ve been here many times and have never had a bad experience. Best bagels I’ve ever had!

Just awful. Ordered delivery of Whistler Sandwich this morning. There was no less than 3 tablespoons of cream cheese. Absolutely disgusting. Does NOT belong on a breakfast sandwich. I could not express this through the app and feel ripped off and hungry right before our hike. Real garbage.

Bagel haven. Various styles of bagel and creative menu. Their bagel alone is very delicious and high quality, but it would be more fine to choose from their bagel sandwiches & breakfast bagels menu. Would highly suggesting anyone to visit while going to commercial drive.

Extremely overpriced for the smallest of portions. The bagel wasn’t great either. I order the Stevenson, and I don’t recommend.

Super friendly staff, yummy bagels, and love that they have a cup-sharing option for when you forget your reusable mug!:)

I gobbled up the Steveston Bagel (sockeye salmon, cream cheese, red onion, and capers) on the signature rosemary rocksalt bagel. This bagel has a nice balance and the rosemary flavour popped. Also, comes with a sliver of pickle to munch on. I look forward to trying their other bagels as well.

Four stars for the delicious bagels, but I'm docking points for failing to live up to that Commercial Drive a e s t h e t i c. Maybe if they get a giant paper mache dragon, or start hosting queer slam poetry open mics, then we can do re-eval

Nice place to come sit for lunch do some work or just chat with friends while enjoying a bagel. I love that they have many vegan options for cream cheese. I got the death by garlic flavour and it was creamy and delicious and paired very well with my everything bagel. The salmon lox was also very good. These are very are good bagels, but they are small in size (Montreal style) and pricey. However, you can really tell that the bagels are of higher quality than the ones you buy at store so it makes the price reasonable.

Delicious bagels! My personal favorite is the rainbow and rosemary rock salt signature bagel, but they are all just as good! You can mix and match to buy a dozen or half a dozen. Open nice and early so you can pick up fresh warm bagels to have for breakfast - won't disappoint!

They forgot our order and then were rude to us when we got upset about it. They told us it was because they were busy but there was 2 other people in there and there was 8 people working. Its run by all 20-something who don’t know what they are doing. Super overpriced and not that good.

Excellent bagels:) we tried the signature (Rosemary and rocksalt) in a couple of the sandwiches and loved it. Great place for breakfast.

It's good but a little expensive. I really like the mont royal! That's Montreal smoked meat on a rock salt bagel. Awesome
