One-click is all it took for my wife and I to get our passport photos done and the results far exceeded our expectations.

I had an issue to renew my passport and no one could help me with that.
I only knew Chaparex, but they couldn't help me with it, besides, I had a bad experience with my wife’s passport.
Some of my friends introduced themselves here which openly helped me with my issue. Quick and cheaper than other places.

I had to renew my iranian passport, I went to the rosewood photography, and he sent it to Washington for me and it took less than 3 weeks to get my new passport, and also his photography is the best.

Photos were rejected.owner is very rude. You can try your luck if you are looking for cheap photos. I got tricked by all the good reviews here.hence my review!

Fabulous work! And very reasonable price. I highly recommend Arash. I dropped in for a Canadian passport photo today. My only request was that he make sure I did not have a double chin in my picture. He posed me so that did not happen, took a few photos that we reviewed, and then went back and took a few more because, while I’m not allowed to smile for the passport photo, he felt I could look happier. And then he did his magic and made the dark circles under my eyes and a few wrinkles disappear! Thank you Arash, you’re the best!

I believe the pictures on your documents create an image of who you are. The depiction makes a difference on how fast you get to the end results on your travel or legal endeavours.
I recently have gone to Rosewood couple of times for passport renewal and pictures. They are very professional and quick with attention to details and your concerns.
After a few times of having disappointing pictures from elsewhere in the past, I finally walked out of this place with a great satisfaction and quality images for my documents.
On top of that they have all the answers for all your inquiries here or abroad.
Also I do believe a good result always come out of a good communication. If you are good at conveying your needs usually people are delighted to make it happen for you

Rosewood Photography is all about costumer Service and Professional work, Arash helped us in such a short period of time for applying and submitted all of our documents for getting ID and Passport for our little one, and the quality of Passport Picture we had here no one dose in lower mainland, specifically work with the little one! Definitely he knows what’s he is doing, very highly recommend him and Rosewood Photography.

Fast, easy, inexpensive. Plus, these guys are actual photographers so you’ll get a great photo. Much better than London Drugs if you need to get a passport or PR card photo.

The best passport photo you'll ever get. The photographer had no problem fitting me in at the last minute walking in on a Sunday night. The photo was shot with studio lighting and he gave me four options to choose from, I'm sure if I hated them all he would have taken new ones for me. A lovely experience at the same price as a drugstore passport photo. Highly recommended.

The staff at Rosewood were incredibly helpful in assisting me with my request for permanent residency photos. The service was quick/painless, and they saw me at very short notice. They took the time to show me the photo would meet the specifications required.

L am really surprised about all the good reviews.i took a photo for my son a week ago for passport application. Owner was very rude to start with but i just wanted to get done with it. Submitted the application to officer Keith today at Service Canada on W Esplanade. The exact feedback was: "oh why do they keep doing this. I saw a lot of pictures returned taken by this studio because of the stamp they use at the back of the picture. " and then he explained to me what is wrong with the stamp. I told him that they claim that no pictures were returned in the last 5 years.he said they probably don't know because ppl with returned pictures would go to other studios to get new ones. I went back to the studio. The studio didn't like why the pictures are returned and the reason didn't make sense to them so they asked me to take the pictures somewhere else after wasting my time. I personally don't care if the reason makes sense or not.it was returned by an officer not by me. I included the officer name and location if people want to verify the feedback. Overall, my advice is not to use this studio for passport pictures.

Very knowledgeable and friendly people. We needed passport photos for our two month old baby. They spent enough time to make sure we are getting the best pic for our little one although it was not an easy job!
I should mention that we tried London Drugs first which turned out to be a very bad experience with their system and staff. The London drug photo got rejected for passport! They were reluctant to take 3-4 photos so we can select the best one, more like you are lucky we are taking even one! …

Unfortunately the owner is very unprofessional. Hang up the phone and was extremely rude just because he felt I needed to be more grateful for his unsolicited advice. He needs to step up the game and understand he is not an immigration agent and that his advice can not be taken as the one coming from a professional.

The pictures itself were well taken and fast to come out, unfortunately his lack of professionalism does not let his work shine trough.

When I requested the PDF I found myself with his lack of unprofessionalism and arrogance.
I called back to the store he said “oh… so you were the lady who did not say anything when I said have a good day”…. No I can’t help you right now… I am busy…. And hanged up on me…. Hahaha childish!

Not a good studio! The photographer is in rush to get rid of you and he just takes ONE photo of you and he doesn’t work on your photo as much as he should! He didn’t even fix my scarf and it is not symmetrical in the photo! Lf i had taken the picture with my own phone, it wouldn’t be much different! Generally, I didn’t find him a caring photographer

This place is great! Paid $15 for 2 passport photos, he even retouched them. The place is busy but I only waited 5 minutes - totally worth it.

I made a mistake to go to Walmart photo centre for my passport photo, and got a terrible result. Then I tried Rosewood Photography Studio and the result was amazing. It was quick and professional. Ever since we took the passport photo here, about 3 years ago, this is the only studio we are going to, no matter is for passport, visa or any other purposes. The owner is very professional and knowledgeable, always happy with the photos.

Pictures turned out to be great. Taking one star off because of a slight lack of professionalism. He sat our 1.5 year old on the bench for the picture and left until she settles which she did after one minute but he didn't return for atleast fifteen minutes while he sat outside chatting to his guests forever. My wife even told him after 5 minutes that he can come but he ignored and continued to chat while we were standing by our infant on the bench waiting for the thirty second job. After fifteen minutes I had to stand next to him and make unpleasant faces to make him return. Apart from that the pictures were great and price is fair so we will return again and recommend him to others.

Amazing service; Quick, polite, and quality experience.

Photographer already knew the exact specifications for PR photos from memory, and afterwards ensured that I understood what details I needed to write on the back of the photos as part of my PR application.

All for $10 and 10/15 minutes of my time. Would recommend to anyone in the Permanent Residency process.

My husband and I hired Arash for our wedding photo shoots, but unfortunately we didn’t have a positive experience. Arash’s work didn’t meet our expectations for various reasons. First of all, he was about 2 hours late! As a consequence, we missed the precious time of the daylight! More importantly, most of our wedding pictures are only focusing on us and the scenery around us, and sadly enough, we don’t have any portrait pictures. We don’t even have any pictures of our wedding dinner, desserts, tables, our rings and other details of our wedding. Every time I think about my wedding photos, I feel sad and disappointed that our wedding ceremony was not recorded as it should have been!
