Ross Bay Cemetery

A really interesting graveyard with beautiful monuments and gravestones and mausoleums. You can learn a lot of interesting bits of history about Victoria here, including having a look at the famous artist Emily Carr's headstone. There are a lot of spooky stories involving ghosts that you can learn from the locals as well, making the place seem even creepier. The body remains have mostly washed away, due to the ocean being so close, the tide has swept most away, the reason for the hauntings.

If you are looking for the coulter pines and their giant cones, this is the place for you.

One of the creepier spots during nighttime. Lots of tall statues in the graveyard. Definitely spotted lots of people here during halloween. Also very near the beach, so worth checking out if you're into creepy stuff. May all those who passed before their time, rest in peace.

A peaceful snapshot of history. Lots of historical people buried here each with their own story. And there are deers patrolling the grounds!

Great place but some funny looking dudes wearing war paint and spikes tried to sacrifice me.

Such a beautiful space full of winding paths and lots of deer. So much history contained in these markers
