Rotary Centre for the Arts

Really enjoyed a fieldtrip with a grade 3 class. It was discovering different music from around the world and the instruments that are made from different countries. Drums, bongos, tambourine, bells, rain sticks, gourds made into shakers. The students really enjoyed the hands on experience.

Such a great establishment. All of the staff are so friendly and the building is modern and beautiful. So many great events here.

The shows are always delightful. I just wish they had different options at the refreshment station. I heard alot of complaints about the selection the last time I visited.

Attended the theatre for the Lady of the Lake program finale. The theatre was beautiful and the venue is very nice. I love that there is a restaurant on the premise as well. The food smelled delicious and the patrons seemed to be enjoying everything.

However, it was a million degrees in the theatre lobby and waiting areas. The theatre was cool and comfortable but waiting to enter and intermission were terribly uncomfortable.

Really nice place. Washere for their craft fair. Lots of great crafters and very talented people. Artwork was on display in the hall and it is well laid out to display the artists work.

Very good market, nice place, I want to try some of the activities they have there and from a walk by the Bistro looks great

We spent the afternoon at the facility and also enjoyed the amazing Italian restaurant that was located on their main floor. Great place to checkout while in Kelowna

Incredible rude and dishonest staff! I volunteered on a field trip for my daughters elementary school. I left behind a very expensive yeti mug… called a few days later, spoke with someone who worked there, I described the mug, and she said that it was turned in. I was so happy that someone had turned it in. Went to pick it up and I was told it was gone, and that it was my fault for losing my yeti mug, and they are not responsible for lost items. Didn’t expect them to be responsible for my “lost” item, however, when it was turned in, and I told the woman on the phone I was coming to pick it up and a few days later it’s gone? Clearly one of the staff decided they want to do gift themselves with a yeti mug with my name on it. Fine… the mug is gone, but the lack of respect and rude behaviour from the staff was absolutely disgusting. The manager (Colleen) was so rude and clearly knew one of the staff had taken it. So disappointed with the dishonesty!

Great venue to see a production. Good acoustics. Snow white was very well done! Kudos to all involved!

I visited this place last weekend for a artistic Christmas event featuring local artists and their products. Was really impressed with quality and quantity of vendors and what they were offering. A lot of great gifts were offered and price was very reasonable. Chatted with artists and was nice to see that thier is a great community of artists sharing their wares. Would recommend that the next event more people should attend. Line up was long.but the staff did move people along at a unrushed pace.

I've attended multiple events at the RCA over the years. The RCA is an excellent venue for any type of performance. Events are well organized and the venue has many rooms/options - all in excellent condition. I am very happy to have the RCA be part of our community.

My daughter recently attended 2 summer camps at the RCA, and I would like to share what a positive, skill building set of camps she experienced. The teachers, programming, and energy that this group of staff shared with so positive and enriching, and I highly recommend them for parents looking for a safe, positive, culturally rich camp activity for your kids!

Attended a music and relaxation session organised by OYP. The session was conducted in a comfortable and well maintained studio. Jazz nights are definitely one to look out.

Great venue for community events. Has art and theatre classes, a cafe, galleries, and more importantly to me, it hosts Potter's Addict.

The owner is a very customer focus. He takes all services to the next level. This place has great servers and food. Honest and full of integrity this owner has shown us. Very impressive individual and great experience for us as diners!

The Mary Irwin Theatre is the perfect intimate venue for the string quartet concert I was blessed to attend. VIANO. The front of house volunteers were professional, even their classy attire. I have worked as FOH manager elsewhere (AB) so I notice and appreciate details like these!

Beautiful downtown location, plenty of parking in the surrounding area. Clean facility, well spaced. Terrific adult night out!

Went there for the life drawing event on Saturday - had a really nice time. Can’t wait to go again:)

I had never been to the theatre before and I would have to say my first experience was a great one! Four friends and myself went to watch the recent Moontricks show and we loved it, the staff were collected and helpful in finding our seats for us. We will be back

Great place they hold a weekly jazz jam on thrusdays from 5-7 which is always a great experience

My daughter took an art camp there and absolutely loved it. They took good care of her and introduced her to acting, singing, drawing, painting and music classes.

Saw classical guitarist Ana Vidovic here on March 11th. Not only was her performance mesmerizing, the acoustics were perfect, the staff of the hall and volunteers of the Chamber Music Society welcoming and efficient and seats most comfy. A top notch venue for music.

A beautiful quiet spot to relax over lunch/coffee! Nice open space, and always lots of activities/shows/displays happening for the young and old alike! Get on their email list to find everything out about arts & culture in Kelowna! So much going on in Kelowna and they let you know about a lot of it! There is artist studios, pottery, the Mary J Irwin Theatre, and tons of cool events! My favourite is when they host the West Jet Wine Festival and bring all the Okanagan’s wineries under one roof!
