My septic was full of water right to the brim. Toilet and drains backing up. The woman I spoke with wouldn’t speak with me because my name wasn’t on the account. Why she didn’t just ask for my credit card and send someone out is poor customer service. Literally Sh8 coming out of my drains and she can’t use solution oriented problem solving. Roto Rooter has served the homes on this property for a few years. I hired a local company today. Roto Rooter will never be back and their prices are pure Extortion. Call a local company. Don’t use franchises and don’t work with companies who have employees who can’t problem solve. All she had to do was ask me for my credit card but she was more interested in being a Karen. You just put an end to anymore repeat business Debbie. Next time someone calls you, help them. They’re calling with a plumbing problem which is why you have a job. Next time I tell you I’m the owner — Im the owner! If the names not in your system, set up again and take a new form of payment. By the way — roto rooter was here 3 months earlier and bumbled around. The part that caused todays septic failure was the same part they didn’t fix 3 months ago but charged huge rates for. They snake instead… because that “fixes” everything.
