No words to describe how professional Roxy was. I got what I wanted and my hair is not easy to handle. She has so much experience that she knew what to do straight away.

She became my favorite!

This review is long overdue! So I'm from Vancouver and was visiting this past summer. My local long term barber moved out of town and I was left searching for the perfect barber once again.

I was pressed for time and tried out Roxy's Barbershop and frankly after my cut I wish she would move to Vancouver! I have difficult hair, by that I mean two crowns in the back and fine, fast growing hair. Other barbers have tried their best but it never comes out great. But here in Victoria, Roxy was nothing short of amazing, she tamed the crowns and I walked out with the best cut I've had in a long time.

Plus while I was there she was providing a free cut to a chap down on his luck, which these days is a great sight to see, kudo's to you Roxy.

While the cut cost $36, this is significantly cheaper than anywhere decent in Vancouver proper, and really was worth the time, professionalism and friendliness I received in her shop. She seems to be building a great local shop that I will return to every time I'm back in town.

I have struggled to find someone that cuts my hair the way I like for oh I don't know probably since I was born. Roxy cut my hair this morning and I have to say for the first time ever, I went home happy! Great job you've got a client for life.

Second time getting a beard trim from Roxy first trim she spent extra time to get it exactly right this time took a little bit less time but the outcome was as good if not better than the first. Highly recommend Roxy’s.

Love Eliska! Not the most talkative person to ever cut my hair, but she reminded me of a hungarian friend I had 35 years ago. That being said she was very thorough with my hair, which wasn't a major concern, but meticulous with my beard! I look forward to frequent visits to tame my beard, which I hope opens up the dialog between barber and client:)

My dad and I have been getting our haircuts from Roxanne for a long time now. Her new shop is fabulous. I had Elishka cut mine today, and she also did an excellent job, with the same care, and attention to detail as Roxanne. If you want a high end cut without the pretentious and expensive salon experience, go to Roxy's. You'll be treated like old friends, and be glad you did.

Roxanne. Thank you. Truly talented. She did a scissor cut at my request. Any barber can run an electric razor. Only a true talent can do a good scissor cut. Her finesse with my fine hair left me with the conservative professional look I want. You were looking for a nick name to accentuate your talent. Shakspeare penned the words "a rose by any other name would smell as sweet". A Roxy classic haircut by any name will look great.

Came in for a cut with Eliska after, shall we say, a long absence from the barber chair and she did an amazing job even with my dense hair. Super attention to detail. Really happy with how it looks. Great shop!

My regular stylist was recovering from surgery so I decided to take my unruly “do” to Roxy’s Barbershop, conveniently located just up the road from my house. Roxy proceeded to quickly & skillfully tame my locks. I was very pleased with the result and certainly plan to be a repeat customer.

Wow! I had a fantastic time in Roxanne's chair today. I'm a real perfectionist when it comes to my hair, and she did such an amazing job, I have nothing but good things to say! Roxanne also is an excellent conversationalist and we had a great chat about astrology during my cut. All in all, Roxy's Barbershop gets 5 stars, 10 out of 10, and 2 thumbs up. I will be back!

Roxy did an excellent job with my haircut and my beard trim. It’s very evident that she takes her craft seriously. Best fade I’ve had in a long time. I’ll be returning.

Eliska is a highly skilled barber. I discovered her at the barber school she attended and was happy to be able to track her down at Roxy's Barbershop. Well worth the 40 min drive into town.

First time customer, and soon to be a regular. It was easy to book an appointment online, and once I got there, the vibe was very relaxed, but still upbeat and welcoming. I snagged an appointment with Eliska, and from the moment I sat down in the barber chair, I felt I was in good hands.

Eliska took the time to really understand the look I was going for, asking questions that I hadn’t even considered, helping me realize and shape my vision. She was careful and deliberate with her work, but quick and steady with her hands. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, which is a feat in itself to tame my unruly mane of hair.

I walked away feeling totally jazzed with my new cut - and 2 days in, I’m still feeling great about it. I’d highly recommend this place for your next cut or shave; I have utmost confidence these guys will deliver.

Eliska and Roxy are absolutely amazing! Always warm, welcoming, caring and engaging and they both show up as outstanding real humans every time I have visited. I continue to be impressed and My experience always exceeds my expectations.

My experience here was like nothing I’ve ever had before. Quality cut with superb detail. She really took her time & made everything so even. It’s usually a quick cut, they rip the cape off & say see ya. Not here I’ll tell you. I’ve never felt so safe & comfortable. I will definitely keep going to Roxy’s because it’s the best.
