Mall is a combination of offices, medical services and retail. Good parking and clean environment. Early morning access for physio applications is appreciated.

Nice mall with lots of parking and good deals. I like to go dollar store and many othere shop they sell really beautiful clothes. All the phone companys are there, nice coffee shop day care and many more.

Got everything I needed between Dollarama, Walmart and Winners. I love the natural lighting in the mall and there's more stairs instead of all escalators.

It is a very excellent place and it has everything you need you can shop and can eat a snack and if you want to drink coffee

Nice little mall. There is food court, with ample seating, places to shop for shoes, clothes, gadgets and places to find fresh food or a new phone plan. So it's not Metrotown, it's quieter and you won't get lost!

Easy to get to by transit. Not a huge mall but a variety of shops and services. A small food court. Great mall for those living in the area. UPDATE nice to see a few new businesses, a busy food court and people being able to meet and socialize post pandemic. Lots of benches and tables and the a/c was wonderful on a hot humid day.

This mall is pretty dead at the moment because of covid. With the exception of scooters zooming full speed in the mall so look out for those! Otherwise the place is pretty clean and lots of free parking available indoors and on the rooftop.

I like Royal City Center as it is close to my home. I can get most of my needs and wants here with the selection of stores and professional businesses. Hours of operation are good too.

Either go for Walmart, save on food fresh vegetables, shoes, clothes or dollar stores, medicines.and walk in clinic.

Clean, well-lit and properly maintained, the environment is comfortable even during social distancing. The art exhibition display from the local seniors art program is a nice and needed connection to the community during the difficult and all too quiet times.

Don't know how to rate the mall because its the stores that get the ratings but I guess they did a good job with the Covid stuff.

It's a small mall in a good location. Good accessibility to bus stops and other shops. There's a food court and you can find most basic services there - clinic, optometrist, groceries, dollar store, pharmacy, etc (no guarantee on how good the services are though, I just know they're there). My favorite is that they have a Winners in that location.

Finally some alternatives to the typical dollar store stock. Best thing to happen to Royal City Centre in awhile. Similar to Oomomo, but smaller, unfortunately.

Always a great little mall to visit and hang with the seniors. I get my car insurance there, my keys cut and of course my glasses. Not bad for a smaller mall.

Small business features so many good things I didn't know I needed. The cute, curious and convenient live in this little shop.
If not at the till the owner is constantly moving, sanitizing and tidying his space.
Well laid out with wide little aisles and is comfortable to be in rather than feeling like your drowning in products as in some curio shops.
Super cute find for cat lovers.someone with inventory control loves fluffy.
I went away with a bag of treasure and will be back perhaps after their fresh supply of goods comes in on Friday.
A fellow just tending to his business, happy to have his shop thriving and seems grateful for his customers.

The struggling little mall that could. But does. It delivers the essentials is well maintained clean up-to-date with the covid-19 policies. Has the primary services that the neighborhood needs as well as some other niceties. I always go in there thinking that I buy one or two doggie treats but come out spending a lot more money than what I wanted to but never really regret it. LOL

This place was great, it's HUGE and full of so many stores. I shopped around for a few hours, enjoyed the arcade there, and had some snacks in the food court.

Pretty good mall. Very pretty architecture. Decent food court, and quite a few different kinds of stores for various things, not just clothes, as well as a doctor's office.

Great Mall, convenient location, lots of selection but where is the Ardene's? There is no Ardene's in NW but an Ardene's at Surrey Place where the cost of a sq ft is probably much more expensive. But still love this mall.

Got some decent places in here. About time. Service at the WhiteSpot is terrible and don't get the ginger shandy, it's disgusting.

Theres a wallmart! And the source, a dollar store, and of course a amazing white spot. Usually a one stop shop for anything I need, lots of parking for the size of the mall and good selection at the food court as well.

Stopped and read the parking policy. It's pretty good. They offer assistance for various situations. Never had to use it, But it's good to know.
