I would like to express my extreme gratitude towards Noah. He is one of the best representatives this company has. Not only is he on top of everything day to day that I ask for, but he’s a great person outside the corporate structure. He takes care of everything and anything needed night and day. I just had a fire panel issue at one of my large downtown buildings on a Saturday morning close to 1 AM. He called me right away and helped me the with the situation after hours. Super impressed. When you drive a company vehicle. Maybe follow the speed limit in RESIDENTIAL AREAS… flying at 60+ through cross walks during school mornings isn’t the brightest idea.

Unprofessional. Came to test our fire alarm on July 8,2023. I asked him to take off his shoes but he refused. Definitely would not use these guys.

Unlike other reviews that mentioned professionalism and cleaning up after their work, I had a very different experience. The new sensor was installed askew and they left all the 3D debris on my floor. When they came back to fix the hole in my ceiling, all I got was sarcasm and attitude

Very professional work when the technicians came to replace my condo sprinkler heads. They even cleaned up after their work.
