I’ve been a loyal customer for 30 years! All of my jewelry is from this store! I recently went in to trade my ring and broken bracelet for another piece of jewelry. Must be new management because I was told the ring that I paid $1500 was damaged and worth $105. So basically the $1300 stone was worth $80 now? I took my ring that the manager said was damaged to 2 different jewellers and they didn’t mention the ring was damaged because it wasn’t! Definitely Get a second opinion when dealing with this store. I will never be back to this store again!
