I went in to grab money and when I came out with money the driver left and stole my groceries

I ran into my friends place to get money to pay when I came out the driver left with all my groceries. When I finally tracked down the driver he wanted 50$ and I still had to get my groceries from New

Poor customer service. Extremely rude dispatch. I would leave negative stars if I could. This company has a bad tract record, just look at the reviews for yourself. This company needs to rebrand and let go of staff and rehire fresh new faces with positive attitudes.

*edit* i called them and apparently someone else took my cab (even when i provided my name). They didn't even come to my location and now i have ti wait again. *

Be prepared for a long wait even with cars just down the street. I am waiting still for over 10 mins for a cab. It's a Monday morning.not even busy. This happens ALL THE TIME.and they wonder why they are losing fares to uber.

I called the evening before and booked a ride to the airport for 6: 30am. The driver was on time and very personable. Would definitely use this service again.

The driver was nice and friendly. We went on a slight detour but it was an honest mistake and again the driver was very apologetic but it wasn't a big deal.

Witnessed a driver give the middle finger and honk and a patient and hospital transfer staff member walking across the parking lot to the transport bus. Then after the customer got into the taxi, he stopped again in front of the hospital transport bus to honk, shout 'hey! ' and give the middle finger TO A PATIENT AND STAFF MEMBER

I took a cab near marine highway and I was actually going home my house is along the highway almost and my driver took me down Kingsway I told him to go Marine but he ignored me the entire ride then just put his hand out demanding the money don't call this company honestly

I use Royal city taxi frequently. I've found the service to be punctual, and quite professional. I find the drivers friendly and helpful with bags or heavy things. Now in the midst of COVID19, I salute these brave people for providing us with a means of transportation. It's a risky job nowadays. Good health to all who serve us at Royal city taxi.
