I missed an appointment, they don't call to remind you which is fine as they are busy but where able to call me right after to tell me I missed it. I was told I could not see my doctor until I paid I would never intentionally miss an appointment. Nor do I regularly miss an appointment. Once before this. I have a brain injury and am on a disability $50 is a lot of money for me I just get by as it is.

I only gave it a two instead of one because the reception were friendly and gave me an appointment for the day after when I phoned them and explained my situation. I had to pay I cash and waited for 1 hr and 50 minutes, which to me is just not acceptable! After the doctor said she can't do anything for me because I was visiting from another province, I received a voice message from the clinic saying they had discussed my situation internally and that I had to do a blood work! Fun fact: I had already told the reception the day before on the phone that my situation will probably need a blood work! I don't ever wanna go back there!

Rude clerical staff. Doctor's that don't care about their patients or care to listen to their concerns without interrupting. Latest is the rudest sign I've ever seen in a healthcare facility. This clinic should be ashamed to place a sign so derogatory. These kinds people work to serve the public? !

Had a walk-in appointment for my son. The website clearly states that walk-in appointments are for patients that don’t have a family doctor there, which we don’t. I wait days for my appointment only to get a call a few minutes before with them saying they don’t offer walk-in anymore and they were canceling my appointment. The website still accepts walk-in appointments. It makes no sense. Now I have a sick child that needs medical help, thinking I was minutes away from getting help, and zero empathy from the clinic canceling last minute.

Limited times for walk-ins, which kind of defeats the purpose of a 'walk-in clinic'. At least a week's wait time to see a Dr, so plan accordingly. Or, make an appointment for an online consultation.

Filled out my requisition form incorrectly then will not answer the phone to fax a new one. Told me to go to LifeLabs but LifeLabs told me that was wrong and I need to go to the hospital instead. Have made donating a kidney a very difficult experience and lots of unnecessary trips to laboratories

Dr. Watersons reception staff is absolutely horrendous, they won't answer the phones and just sit there talking to each other. She is NEVER on time; for in office visits, phone call appointments or other. She often pushes you off to her nurse practitioner, or states that she cannot see you.

The office cancels more appointments then they have kept for me in the last 2 years.

This office is absolutely disgusting when it comes to compassion of their patients.

I have been a patient here for over 7 years. I have a family doctor here. When I got pregnant after 2.5 years of trying and struggling with infertility, I called to book an appointment with my GP. I was all excited! The receptionist told me that he has nothing available for 2 months and that I should have planned it better. I tried to explain my situation and was told that there is nothing she can do for me. Was told to go to a walk in clinic, as their policy is they can't see me at their clinic since I have a GP who is unavailable.
I know all the receptionists and a lot of doctors here. I have great respect for everyone working hard. I just hope the management will see this and try better to be more compassionate to their patients. Either the policy has to change or the attitude.

If you can avoid this clinic, please do. I've given this clinic and my NP many chances to redeem themselves over the past 3 years and it always ends the same. Hugely disappointing. Referrals either don't get sent, or the clinic and NP refuse to communicate if changes have been made to referrals. I should also add that I've had to call twice in the past for a prescription refill that was forgotten by the NP. In-person visits are always rushed with next to no information given.
If you do choose to set yourself up with the NP at this clinic, be prepared to have the fastest visit of your life. Come ready with all your questions and information because trust me, you will be rushed.

I’ve been a patient with them for over a year now, when I go into the office it is usually fine, nothing goes wrong. But if i ever need to get ahold of someone at the office, it is next to impossible. I call them 2-3 times a day no answer ever, there’s no answering machine either so you just listen to the ringing of the phone for an hour. During the holiday season, there was no voice saying “our office is closed until this date” so again you sit there for an hour thinking someone will pickup but they are closed! The perks of having an answering machine… also they don’t do emails so you can’t email them either. It’s super annoying to try and get ahold of this clinic. I might switch eventually.

I have been a patient with this clinic for over 2 years now, and my partner has a patient for about 1 year. At first it was good, but over time as they have taken on many more (maybe too many) patients, we now have to wait weeks or even months to even get a 2 minute phone appointment with my GP. When my doctor is away sick or on holidays, it is the clinic's strict policy that I cannot see any other doctor in the clinic. I was told I would have to go to a walk-in clinic (which makes absolutely no sense). The office staff have been incredibly rude to me on several occasions and don't even seem to care about patients' well being. I was told once that if I don't like their policies then I should find a new doctor at a different clinic (which is basically impossible right now). I struggle with anxiety and almost have a panic attack every time I go to the clinic or have to talk call them. I wish I could find another clinic taking new clients that cared more. Unfortunately there aren't any and I feel so stuck and nervous to go there for medical support. It feels like the medical system is really failing here in this clinic.

The worst service ever. They literally don’t care about your well-being. I definitely do not recommend dr Garg as a family doctor. He seems to be off all the time and always distracted. His appointment take at least a month and half (that is just to see him). I know there is health professionals shortage but you would rather have not a family doctor than have him if it’s not really really a important.

Good walk-in experience. Reception employee was helpful and nice. Had to wait longer than the estimate, but that should be expected. Dr thoroughly examined. Thankful that we got to see the Dr the day we went. Thank you.

Dr. Waterson takes way too long to see patients. She makes her patients wait over 2 hours. How is that even okay if you are anelderly patient? !? ! TERRIBLE!

This is not a walk in clinic. The name and website both clearly indicate that it is open for walk ins, but when I walked in I was told I needed an appointment. False advertising. Don’t waste your time.

I had a meet and greet appt with Dr Garg and the appt is between 10-5. I went into the clinic to talk to the receptionist and explained to her that I have work Monday- Saturday and if there’s any possibility that I can book an actual time to talk to the doctor since I don’t want to miss the appt. She said she can make a note to ask the doctor to call at 12 but it’s up to the doctor if he can do that. I then asked her if I will be charged for accidentally no showing the appt since I’ll be at work and she said yes. I mean that’s pretty unreasonable since I’m giving her a heads up and it’s not like I’ll be missing the appt on purpose. I also work in healthcare and can’t take calls if I’m working. She just kept repeating over and over the same thing so I had to cancel it. They have absolutely no wiggle room or other alternative options for someone who works. Now I’m again without a GP. Thanks a lot for the u reasonable health care you are providing

Omg DON'T COME HERE!
My NP missed on my lab results that I had a bladder infection, I had no symptoms which means it's a silent uti, according to research very dangerous! She called me telling me she missed it and that she’ll send me a requisition to get another test done this was two days ago she still hasn’t and of course they’re closed on the weekends I’ve been concerned about having a tumour in my brain for quite a while I asked her if I could get a MRI she basically would not write me one (and yelled at me cause I didn't understand why or how it worked) no matter how many symptoms I have.
If I don’t get a requisition by Monday I will be suing her for malpractice!
I also have severe sleep apnea according to an app, she said she'd get me a requisition for sleep analysis to check for sure, and didn't get that either

It’s a mixed review because they always make up for their mistakes or ineffective schedules. I’ve had both good and bad experiences but I’m still going there for Dr. Waterson only because she’s an experienced doctor with children’s skin problems.

While Dr Waterston is pleasant enough the long wait times are beyond anything professional in any capacity. The idea that an 11 am virtual appt may be answered as long as 2.5 hours after that time is unacceptable. After calling the receptionist who has a history of snarky behaviour (and has been told to the doctor a few times) to see when there appt may be taken care of as 82 year old ladies do have scheduled lunches we got a terse " well do you want to cancel the appointment!? " This after Mom being in hospital for two weeks.then waiting a week for appt to now reschedule and rethink drug prescriptions. I got hung up on when I said no. I just want the doctor to freaking call! *click * playing with peoples lives with attitude. Beyond unprofessional and doing a HUGE disservice to her bosses.

My fiance had an identical issue as a commenter below. I would like to start out by saying the Dr and NP we have seen at the clinic have been very helpful. My fiance recieved a phone call from an anonymous number, later than her scheduled appointment was supposed to take place. She was at work at the time and missed the phone call. She then realized who was calling and tried calling the clinic back within 1 minute. She made multiple attempts to call the clinic back, but had to get back to work. The clinic is now denying her service until she pays an 80$+ no show fee, although she made an effort to call the clinic back multiple times after missing the original call. The clinic manager/owner basically said too bad so sad, that's our policy and if you miss the phone call from an anonymous number, then that's on you. I totally understand why no show fees exist, but this is taking advantage of a patient. The owner and front staff are incompetent and whenever you call there you end up on hold for 10+ minutes or they "accidentally" hang up on you. I asked the owner what patients should do if they miss the call but try to call back right away, she then responded by saying people just keep trying until they get through, which is what my fiance did with no luck.bizarre patient service to say the least

Awesome Clinic, very responsive and polite receptionists and they always want to help you book your appointment in your convenience. Dr. Antonios is a true Doctor who is well experienced, caring, patient and analyzes your issues promptly and accurately, I highly recommend this Clinic, you won’t be upset or regretted. Absolutely terrible experience. I have not been that angry in awhile. The NP was 40 minutes late with no good excuse except to say she forgot about my appointment.which was the perfect indication of how I was valued as a patient. And then she blew me off with 5 minutes of trivialities, obviously totally unprepared and completely ignoring the health issues that brought me there in the first place. And this was not the first negative experience I have had at this clinic.the staff are unbelievable and I don't know how they stay in business. I will not return.zero stars.

Refused to see me at walk in for work related injury while my family doctor is on vacation, because they don't have a record of seeing me before. They do not want worksafe paperwork. Seems ethically wrong.

I set up a telehealth appointment with Melanie Allen who herself is perfectly lovely. However the call was late, and from a private number. I missed the call. Only one dial attempt was made even though the call did not occur at the time scheduled. And now I am being billed for missing a phone call as if I missed an in person appointment? Despite calling back within ten minutes? Despite the fact I used at most 30 seconds of a nurse practitioners time, without involving the clinic whatsoever? RIDICULOUS business practices at this clinic.
I have no problem with any of the doctors or medical practitioners at this clinic but the clinic itself? 0 stars.

Disgusted this doctor is allowed to practice health care. Didn't care from the moment he stepped in the room, didn't share his name, didn't listen, didn't give enough attention to the reason of the visit, prescribed inappropriate, higher priced medicine that would actually have a negative effect, which he would know if he listened or took more than a second to look at the thing that needed to be treated. Didn't ask any questions relating to vaccine reaction. 20 minutes late to the appointment when there's signs saying "your appointment will be 10 minutes" posted all over the clinic.

I've met a lot of doctors in my life. A vast majority being at walk-in clinics. Absolutely disgusting.

Due to the fact that it's a walk in, the place gets very busy, very quickly basically every day. The receptionists are very friendly, and efficient.

Dr. Quigley is amazing. I've had bad experiences with male doctors in the past, but he was incredibly helpful, attentive, listened to all my concerns and asked great follow up questions. He was patient, and kind, and casual enough to crack a few jokes with me but also extremely professional and respectful. Would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Great experience. The wait was still pretty long but the receptionists were efficient and friendly, and Dr Feeney was attentive and kind. It was a convenient location and I would definately go there again if needed.

Dr Hay is an outstanding psychiatrist who's years of experience make him both effective and empathetic. If you are lucky enough to ever have been treated by this gentleman you will understand exactly what I am talking about. Ignore the negative reviews, give this man a chance and he will set you on the right path.

Have been to this clinic three or four times over the last few years and have been very satisfied with my treatment both by the front desk personnel and the doctors. I was very impressed by the way the staff handled a very rude patient on one occasion.

Are they allergic to answering the phone? I’ve been calling since 10am - it’s now 2: 30pm, it either gives me the busy signal or just rings and rings and rings and no one picks up. I’ve had so many bad experiences here, not with the doctors but with the front desk staff who are rude and unorganized.

On time, good service, competent doctor. I wish they would turn down the loud, obnoxious TV, but apparently it is white noise for customer privacy.
