I wanted to share my experience with Royal Limousine, as it was truly a standout. For my daughter's high school graduation, we decided to book a limo and I'm so glad we went with Royal Limo. The limo arrived just slightly after the scheduled time, but the driver's warm and friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease. They made sure we were comfortable with all the features the limo had to offer, which was a nice touch. Once my daughter and her friends stepped into the limo, it was non stop fun. The interior was well maintained and spacious and had a really nice lights and a really good sound system. The driver was accommodating and happily adjusted the route to let the kids grab some snacks and take some photos at a scenic spot. Compared to my previous experiences with other limo companies, Royal Limo truly shines. The attention they put into customer service is evident, and they know how to make an event special. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend them. Their friendly driver, nice limos and really good customer service make them a top choice for me.

Mike is reliable, dependable, and a genuinely nice person. We hired him for our wedding and he did an amazing job for us. This is our second time using Mike and we'll definitely keep using him.

We were very happy with Royal Limo. We had 7 people visiting from Mexico and wondered how we would get them home so we booked a limo! The driver was on time, friendly, and even took my daughter from Coquitlam to the airport with them so she could surprise our guests. The limo was clean, spacious and fun! We are very happy with the experience at Royal Limousine. When I first asked for a quote, they were one of the first to reply and continued to be quick to respond to any additional questions I had. We required their service for pickup from Horseshoe Bay and then a return a week later. Dimitri and Allan were extremely friendly and efficient and I would highly recommend this service again.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the quick response to my call for a quote to the wonderful service we received, all involved were knowledgeable and prompt. Mike picked us up early morning for a ride to the airport. He was early and had us quickly and safely on the road. Shawn picked us up at the end of our journey and although we were almost an hour late he was waiting at the luggage carrousel with a sign and a smile. Thank you again for making what is sometimes a stressful trip to the airport easy. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Mike was absolutely wonderful in making all the arrangements for our wedding and even though we only booked a town car to collect us at the end of the night he showed up with the Limo to surprise us! It really ended the night so perfectly for us and everyone was so impressed by how friendly they were! Lovely interaction from booking stage onwards, highly recommend and I will definitely be using them for all limo needs going forward!

Mike was, if not early, prompt, professional, courteous, pleasant and he got us around to all our wineries on time. The car was very clean, stocked with ice. My family hire Royal Limo for my 60th birthday. It was a very great experience and we want to thank you to the management of the company and to our driver Mike. The limo was very nice and clean, we went around downtown and Stanley Park, was a lot of fun.

Best birthday experience ever! We had an SUV stretch pax. 13 limo of 10. It was so classy on the inside and clean. It came a beautiful 5 mins early both for the pick up and roundtrip. The drivers are extremely friendly and professional. I'd highly recommend.

June 1,2019. Excellent on time, beautiful classy clean car for our family wedding. Our driver was a sublime gentlemen, he offered to help this usually calm mother (but absolutely more fractured than a cubistic Picasso painting that day, sorry) bring my daughters eighteenth century type garments with long trains up cases of stairways. Nice he entered professionally by knocking on the door to make sure it was alright to enter the dressing room and placed them on the clothing rack. He really added to the fairy tale ambience that day. My goodness Queen Elizabeth. Thank you so much my driver to the wedding venue. Everyone was absolutely thrilled with the car, pristine, a fun vibe and beautifully lit interiors. Very classy elegant car. Mike was really great with the timing too with the curfew of the wedding venue. All inclusive, it was not an extra fee to drive my family back to their hotel, and drive the rest of us home. Great value and superb quality because maybe you would want polished and dressed handsomely as both limousine drivers were. They know to do that without you having to ask to show up dressed formal. So sorry to say, the professional dress scenario with other companies hired that day didn’t know to.suit up? By far the worst limousine service I've ever had in my life. The limousine driver was completely oblivious and clueless in every way. The experience was so bad that I will never waste my time, energy or money on a limousine again. Totally over it!

A very professional company operated by nice, accommodating people who care about your business. We booked a limousine for grad and our driver did everything we could ask of him. The only company I would ever use!  From the very first contact via E-mail, to the end of our night out, all I can say is it was executed perfectly.  I dealt with Ella C from their offices, and for ever inquiry I made she responded within minutes, no matter the day or hour. All requests were handled with professionalism and courtesy.  She gave me a quoted price, and that is exactly what we paid.  No surprises or hidden costs at all.  Our driver Ramzi was bar none the best we could have gotten.  He made it clear from the beginning of the night that he was there for my group, and never disappointed.  A true gentleman.
