Sound was great but security catered to clients that did not appreciate the music. I have been to a lot of concerts but security really was not on top things. Will review future events.

I always love attending shows here. Customer service has been excellent and timely.

My mother and her friend purchased tickets to a ballet. Being retired and on a set income they chose seats in a lower price range. When they got there their seats were so tightly packed with the row infront of them that they couldn't fit in between them. They asked an attendant about it and she told them "this is what you get for that price point". They are two small women and they had to sit sideways in their seats the whole show because their legs wouldn't fit otherwise. Had they been any taller they would not have fit at all. They understood that at a lower price point there are some sacrifices, but not being able to sit normally in your seat because the rows are too close together is completely unacceptable.
