Recently they added a reader and it doesn’t work properly and they don’t remove it or answer the phone, they were really good at the beginning but they reduced the time for each coin and get people charged without giving service once a while

Great and cheap but be careful, power washer are high pressure there, it could take off the paint

Decent price, location and equipment are well maintained. Often very busy but stalls turnover fairly quickly.

I wish there is option for negative rating
No problem with car wash, but the owner is disrespectful, no manners how to talk to customer

This is hands down the worst wand wash I have ever been to. The owner must be using the cheapest soap you can get because it did absolutely nothing. I spent $9 just on the soap and went over the vehicle 3 times - all it did was leave a greasy film on top of the dirt. I only use wand washes and have always had a sparkling clean vehicle after, but not here. It is also almost completely open air, so enjoy getting sprayed with greasy soap when the wind swirls. I have no idea how this place gets 5 star ratings. Avoid avoid avoid.

Great place to wash your car! Easy and everything is self served. Would like the timer to be a bit longer though

One of the few left self serve car wash places in the lower mainland. 1/5 because while the sign at the pay booth says 6 coins for $12 my credit card was charged $24. Either update the prices or fix the error

This is the thrid time that i had my car washed there. So i am using my card to buy tokens and this place keep on charging with the wrong amount. The first time i had that experienced, i even talked to the guy who were collecting the tokens and gave me that attitude. I told him that their machine is faulty, he snobbed me anyways and walk away. Second time, i need to call my bank cause i got charged 3x. Last night i got charged 3x and doubled the amount. So again i need to call my bank to have it changed. What a hassle. This place is a scam. Will never go back again.

I was in line for 20 minutes and someone came to my line and the staff said that its ok, The staff was speak very rudely. Another customers supported me but the rude staff said it is what it is. The law of the jungle. They wasted my time with no reason. Very bad experience

Don’t believe if someone says self car wash is cheap. Took me 20$ to clean my car thoroughly. Now I feel auto car wash is cheaper than that. The worst part is paying 20$ for something that can be done without any efforts. So, next time, be smart while going for a car wash.

Use this car wash all the time been going here for many many years.

Usually once a month I’ll use the vacuum and the suction was horrendous this time around when historically it’s been great.

I had no issue with this - not a big deal so I decided to call the management office for buddy to come outside turn the machine on and suction it to his hand and say it works…

My 30 dollar shop vac, dyson and 15 dollar vacuum have more suction power then that. He just dismissed me and left.

It is a car wash shop that is very cheap and friendly. The price is not more than 3 dollars. There is no serviceman and management here. Only need to exchange coins next to the shop.

It is a bit of work but cleaning your vehicle using the spray wand but doing it yourself ends up with a much better job than the drive-thru car wash. Only thing is their token machine is a bit finicky.

For the price it's your best dollar value.but wash world shorter gun time 90sec takes 5sec for soap to dispurse the cost was close to double.end product my car was shiny and clean

$2 per token gives you about 3 minutes of the pressure washer wand. Soap from wand does not produce foam. Poor soap application at high pressure and low pressure. Avoid the brush as it scratches the paint. I think bucket washing with a garden hose would be better

One of the only self serve wash stations in metro van. I much prefer washing my car manually than going through an auto wash as those tend to miss alot of the gunk and debris caked on.

Cost and paying: $18 will get you 24 minutes of washing. Obviously if you know what you're doing, you wont need all that time and will spend less. There is a coin machine, but I'm glad they do have a card tap feature to make the process easier. You tap your card, it starts a timer, and it cuts off at 24 min if you dont press the end button. You can tap again if you need more time.

Use the dial to pick what you're doing, such as whether your rinsing low power, high power, applying soap, clear coat, etc. Be sure to spray down the brush before scrubbing as to remove any fevris that could scratch your paint.

There are plenty of stalls and there are workers around if there are any issues. Pull your car off to the side when you're done if you wish to towel dry (don't take up a stall to dry).

If your car is decently dirty, i would recommend coming here over an auto wash if you have the time to put into washing it down properly.

The machine took my tooney and didn't give anything. I expected a cloth to dry the car.

$6/3 tokens (each token gave you 2: 40 to do whatever you need). More than enough for a general car wash. Could not be more pleased.

Bit pricey but so are all of these places where you an vacuum and wash your vehicles at these days
