My favorite RMTs are Clayre Jeon and Tanya Wu. They are the best RMTs for my own personal preferences. They are very nice and easy to talk to RMTs and they always check on you during the massage to ensure that I am comfortable and tolerating the massage well. I also like the location of the Royal Treatment Therapeutics by Kingsway, Burnaby as it is close to my place and there is free parking. The only downside of the location is it's proximity by the road so the traffic noises can be heard from the inside during massage but that does not bother me too much. Easy to book through phone and lots of availabilities that can match my schedule. Highly recommended!

I had a VERY BAD experience at the place for RMT:
1. The person providing me the service was texting on the phone constantly (every two minutes!). At one point she held my one arm up in the air with one hand and texting on the other one. Very unprofessional!
2. The place sent me a text before my appointment and asked I wear a mask when I go in. However, the service provider was chewing gum the whole time because she had really bad breathe.
3. The service provider had dead skin and calluses on her hands - my skin was basically being scratched the whole time.
4. Instead of using the soft part of the fingers, the service provider was using her nails to massage my scalp. It was unpleasant.

I will not go back. I am not sure how she even have any client left.

David is the RMT who I see for massage therapy sessions at the clinic. His vast knowledge and experience allow him to treat my injuries from an MVA using different techniques. David is passionate about his work as he aims to relieve the muscle tension and pain that restricts my mobility and movement. He cares about his clients' well being and communicates throughout the session to achieve that. He has a kind personality and pleasant demeanor. I highly recommend seeing David for treatment - you won't be disappointed!

David St Loe, the RMT, is an absolute miracle worker, especially for complex cases. There's a reason I have followed him from clinic to clinic for the last seven years. He is truly so gifted at his craft and shows TLC for each of his patients. I highly recommend if you want a tremendous massage therapist with interesting conversation!
