Kerry and Doug do excellent workmanship, always professional and honest. They renovated my home bathrooms, kitchen and upgraded the general aesthetic. Their costs are reasonable and the quality was high. I would recommend Royal Valley Contracting to anyone looking to renovate and upgrade their home.

Kerry came by to take a look at 2 exterior doors that weren't fully closing by themselves and was able to fix them right then and there! We used their services before to renovation our office and kitchen so called on them again and we weren't disappointed.

If you want long lasting quality renovations, I would NOT recommend this company. Please make sure you review all their work with surgical precision and report any defects before their "1 year warranty" that they DO NOT have written in any of their contracts. We were literally 1 month out of our supposed "warranty period" when we noticed some floor defects.

This could have been a positive experience had they just taken a look at our concern and provided us with feedback on how to move forward with our flooring issues. Instead, Doug will swear at you for asking for recommendations or a compromise on defects you eventually notice. He will also blame the age of your home for the brand new flooring his company installed.

Awesome work from a company that respected our home and completed all of our renovations with pride. They went over and above our expectations.
