Royal Vape - Yaletown

Enjoyed my first experience inside the Royal Vape. Having the bad weather on my side, it kept people indoors and at home so I could have the place virtually to myself as I spoke with the staff there and had a tour of the establishment.
The place is well lit and very clean, neat and tidy. Staff were friendly, inviting and highly knowledgeable. No pressured sales tactics were used which made for a wonderful experience.
They offered a deliciously wide variety of juice to choose from and were more than happy to let you smell and sample the products with a taste testing. Also available are many devices of several models to choose from available. Accessories and parts are also available there for purchase and at a fair price comparable to others like them in the market.
I will definitely be back again to the Royal Vape for more of their fabulous products and very comfortable surroundings. Thank you for being so hospitable, informative and patient with my barrage of inquiries and frequent straying conversations. Great job and well done.

I used to love Royal Vape, the wife and I always shopped there until today when the Juul rep wouldn't sell me the pods without scanning my identification, not just verifying my age but scanning my drivers license. How secure will they keep the info, will they sell it, why do they need it? I was told it was to keep the kids from getting ahold of it, not sure how that’s going to keep kids from getting juul pods. No big deal I only shopped there because the owner is a good guy, my corner store also sells them so whatever.

The people working are always so nice. I go in for juul compatible pods and if they are out of one of the flavours i want and they know they are getting it soon they always let me know so i can come back and get it. Super clean, great variety of products and awesome staff

Only place I am able to get all the vype products and mystery pop by Mighty vapors. 5stars for sure

Kindly no one go to this store, it’s been hired by very unprofessional and disrespectful people who like the fact to take advantage of a child who is 19 years old, I was intimidated to leave by a giant who is to protect such people but did not know how to go handle customers as he was under the influence and just shaking, I left with a very heavy heart knowing that a child is about to damage to herself and I could not help cause of the intimidating factor who was brought in to talk to me.

Further more, product is absolutely pathetic, staff has no idea on the products what’s being sold and there is someone who is a sales consultant who does not even VAPE to sell the product.

Please RESTRAIN!

I definitely recommend this place especially for anyone that's starting their vaping journey. Staff is friendly, professional and patient. I had Amir help me (fantastic guy) and he help me choose the right product to fit my needs and I will for sure be returning.

Probably the only places downtown that wont gouge you on replacement coils.prices arent much higher than online vendors.decent selection of eliquid & they always have something on special, though their stock is always rotating.

Extremely clean and comfortable shop, staff are super friendly and helpful! One of the staff helped me assemble my vape and showed me how to use it. I’ve been there for all my vapes and will be back for my next. Best vape shop I’ve experienced in Vancouver. Wide variety of devices, juices, and pods and perfect location:) highly suggest!

Of the 6-8 places around Vancouver I have visited, this one is the best. Excellent design. Clean. Varied choices. At the time of this review, they don't sell Weed/CBD due to the laws being new around the subject. Sounds like they will eventually though so check back. Otherwise I have yet to find a better store design in Vancouver.

I came to your store looking for a coil for my vape (which I had bought from your guys two times before), and your staff member was so rude and unprofessional. First, the employee had his head down, headphones on and so it took me three times to get his attention - plus he was busy rebuilding a coil. I asked if any of the coils were in stock and he said you don't carry them. I asked why, and he snapped at me. And he said you guys don't even sell the tanks, so why would you sell the coils, talking to me like I'm an idiot and that I should know these things. Well, I was able to buy the coils from your store a few months ago. Will never go to your store again, and I will definitely spread the word.
