We have been trying to sort out a claim for over a year since the, 3rd of March 2021. The claim adjustor Estelle Poocheng was assigned to us, and was an absolute nightmare. There was no response to e-mails or phone calls. Every time we try to get in through contact through customer service, they seem to avoid our questions. They keep repeating that the managers have gone for lunch at 8: 00am in the morning and continue repeat this script every time we call them. To be honest, scam is understatement.
