Wonderful bike shop! We stopped by in need of assistance and Connor and staff were extremely helpful. This is a quality, well stocked shop with a clean and orderly floor and workshop. Really impressed with your friendly, efficient service!

Great small town vibe, superb customer service. Connor was great in lending a hand with a quick repair as we just walked in with our bike.

Doug and the gang fixed my spokes on the back wheel of my ebike and it seems to ride better than when it was new!
And it was almost half the price of his top estimate!

Amazing bike shop! Stopped here for an emergency because our e-bike battery wasn’t working. The staff charged up the battery and updated the software so that we wouldn’t face the same issue on the rest of our ride. Would definitely recommend this shop!

I went back today to have my saddle properly tied down and adjusted to what it was before one of the employees suggested lowering the front. I agreed to try that out. It was not tied down properly, and caused me a a massive back pain bicycling back for 2 hours all the way to the Swartz Bay Ferry terminal. I expected at the very least an apology when I went back this morning. None to be had, just accusing me of not carrying a tool kit - but I was bicycling back in the pitch-black night and wouldn't have done meo

I went in to get my bike fixed. In an hour I walked out with the problem completely solved. The staff were super friendly and seemed genuinely passionate about bikes. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Five star service in terms of knowledge, customer service, experience and general bike information whether purchase is involved or not. Store personnel have that certain 'je ne sais quoi' professional approach - that you've just made their day simply in coming by.

Excellent service by Carter last Saturday. I limped in with a rear derailleur cable issue which actually finally broke while I was in the store. It was literally on it's last thread. I couldn't wait an hour and half or so for them to do a full repair (I was with friends) so Carter got me back on the road in a fixed gear with a quick, professional fix. It's not the first time these guys have helped me out. If I lived closer to Sidney they would get all my business.

This is a great bike shop. The staff helped me when I walked in with a flat tire after riding from Victoria. They were so helpful, fixed my tire and also took the time to explain why my chain was rattling. Super awesome staff. I noticed great selection of bikes and accessories.
