I came here to shorten a gold chain and add the shortened chain to another one to make it longer. I wasn't even sure if this was possible but called ahead and the person over the phone was extremely helpful and friendly. Great service through the whole experience and would definitely recommend this place.

A very reasonable place for watch repairs and they do not overcharge. They have high quality watch batteries which are priced a lot lower than the watch place located in the large department store in Richmond wall and they are 5 mins outside the mall and 10 mins from the place that overcharges. They have excellent selection of watch bands all reasonably priced. A classy place have been in business for many years.

The place to go for great customer service and a collection of Seiko you won’t see elsewhere. Harrison helped me select my turtle also fitting and sizing an Uncle Seiko z199 bracelet.

Fast and welcoming staffs. Went there to have battery replacement for my watch. A clean place too. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this place. Probably the only real watch enthusiast store here in BC. Discounting that, I think this store is still great. The folks are all professional and friendly. I've dealt with Alvin and Harrison and they are both uber-knowledgeable. I've also met Micah and the boss who are just as nice. They really want you to buy their pieces not only because they are running a business but also because they stand for the brands and pieces they sell. Every time I come here to check out their collection it's like visiting an old friend because of how warm their reception is. They don't shy away from showing you their entire collection if you're so inclined and they make great recommendations based on your interests. Their watch collection is focused more on value-driven brands, some of which are less heard of, but they will make you put them on your radar. So watch addicts beware.: D

Great shop, tons of Seiko selection. The staff are always happy to pull stuff out to show customers. No pushy sales tactics just honest ppl who enjoy watches. You can tell the staff are passionate and knowledgeable about watches and the brands they sell as they are always interested in discussing the various models.

They are also really great on the service side and even willing to work on older seikos that have been discontinued. Alot of other shops will just tell you to buy a new watch.

Purchased a couple sweet Seikos from Harrison. All the guys working there are great and very knowledgeable. Also had my fathers Speedy from the 70’s tuned up by Howe. He did a wonderful job. Chef’s kiss Would not hesitate to do business here again.

What a lovely, family run, shop. I picked up my some awesome watches from the Sasha and Harrison. They actually made the experience incredibly fun, which is what watches should be all about. I'll be coming back for more - need to get my first Damasko!

Easy buying experience and teriffic follow-up service. I bought a Damasko DC57 from them and proceeded to break it in a biking accident. Their watchmakers did a great job servicing the movement and I'm averaging -2/+2 seconds a day now. Will definitely not be my last watch from these folks.

Went here for a battery replacement for my watch.this place is AMAZING! I was waiting outside due to covid capacity restrictions.one of the workers came outside the store to see what exactly I was waiting for. I gave him my watch as I waited outside and he had the battery fixed in less than 1 minute and it only ended up costing me about $7.00. This has to be one of the best prices in all of western Canada! I highly recommend coming for here small maintenance repairs. They are also extremely nice with great knowledge

My first purchase from Russell jewellers went completely satisfactorily. I'm doubtful it will be my last. From the first phonecall with Mike, to the many, many emails with Sacha I felt looked after. They were patient with my countless queries. When I finally made my decision, my watch was shipped with FedEx incurring zero problems. Thank you both, gentlemen!

Love this little gem of a store! Visited pre-pandemic and was impressed with the breadth and depth of selection. There's a watch there for everyone across a wide range of budgets. Finding myself in need of a new watch during the pandemic meant that getting to Richmond was out of the question. So, I made my selection from their website with lots of helpful emails back and forth with Sacha. Once I decided on a watch and bracelet, Sacha installed the bracelet for me, sent me photos, sized it to fit my wrist (more emails) and shipped the same day. Two days later my new watch is on my wrist, and I'm like a kid at Christmas! Very happy with all aspects of the transaction. Highly recommend.

I have never set foot in the shop, but after having found watch piece that interested me on their website, I emailed them and came into contact with Sacha. The communication with Sacha and his team was superb as I had a number of questions. They were patient with me and gave me all the information and pictures that I wanted prior to purchasing the watch.

I got the watch in 2 business days, all the way from west coast to here the east coast in what was a very secured and nicely packaged box, not a single sign of wear/scratch on anything. What more to ask for?
