Rae and Ruby hosted our Company Christmas party last night and went far above our expectations. Their service and personalities made for a very pleasant experience for our large group. Food and drinks were great too!

Pretty good place to go play pool and have a few beers with the guys! Service is a bit overwhelmed at times and can miss orders.

This place gets worse every time we try. Will not try again. Would not recommend anyone go here.

The service was not great even though it wasn't very busy. They kept forgetting my order and when it came to pay they messed up our bills, and despite seeing the beers I paid for on my bill, our server walked out to the parking lot and got us to pay for our drinks again. This was my fifth time going and about half the time I get bad service and weird tasting beers. The best part is the pool.

Me and my buddies love coming here for the atmosphere, pool, and good food! We've had Rachele a couple times for a server and she's been awesome with her hospitality and attitude! Makes the experience worth coming back to when excellence staff service is there!:)

The first time stopping by this place on Thursday, I was very satisfied. Our server Sydnee was friendly, and helpful, and did an amazing job. Definitely deserved the shout-out. We will definitely be coming back and hoping for the same server.

We came here on wing night last Wednesday and Sydnee served us! She was very friendly and the food was great. Hope to have her next time I'm back!

On my last trip to Kelowna we had a couple great meals at Rusty’s. Would definitely recommend popping in for a beer and a burger!

Gezz I only live a few blocks away and would love to support a local pub. Every 5-6 months or so I give it another try. Today was no better. Slow poor service, food was just ok. They only had a hand full of customers. I will try it again in the new year.

Great place for relaxation after a round of golf. Love the homemade burgers, wings and beef dip. Goff service always! Don’t miss the fight nights!

Rustys hosted our work event yesterday evening, and we had such a great time! Our server (Sorry I forgot your name, all I remember is that it began with a T!) was great, super efficient, and organized. The pool tables were well priced, and the food and drink reasonable. Thanks so much, we look forward to hosting another event there soon

Service is good considering all the staff shortages, big space so lots of available tables even though it was wing night. Great wings, and reasonable prices. Happy hour specials from 2-6.

This monster was actually delicious as hell. Probably gonna grab one every Friday after work for the rest of my life. As for the restaurant itself? Gigantic! Staff are super super fun and friendly and pool tables a plentyyyy. See you there!

My bro and I visited rustys sports bar lounge and chill for the first time recently and my oh my let me tell you it was ASTONISHING. We casually strutted in and were welcomed by the sweet smell of the classic rustys mamas butter chicken.made by mama herself. We helped ourselves to the pool table #14 across from the darts where young athletes were training for the most important moment of their lives. We watched with antisipation while our emotions were both filled with excitement and fear. Before we knew it, our jug of goose island ipa arrived at our table. We could not wait to take our first gulp of this delicious aromatic delightful beverage.gets better with every sip and could not recommend any more. Before we knew it, Justin sunk the eight ball and i WON! To celebrate we ordered the beef dip and the butter chicken to spilt because that's what brothers do best:) The slow roasted beef dip (it takes 1 full day to roast btw) was tender and cooked to perfection. The au ju melted into the fresh ciabatta bun from speciality bakery! Must have been delivered fresh that morning! But let's talk about the butter chicken.this is like nothing i've ever tasted in my whole entire life. The flavours are incredibly balanced. Hope you like a little bit of spice because this ones got a good kick to it! I looked over at my brother justin and he had a twinkle in his eye and he was staring across the establishment. I asked him what's going on in your head justin? And he then replied to me.i think i found the one. To this day i still don't know what he was thinking but i still have a feeling that he has a crush on one of your servers. I just want to make this clear to parth, we would never disrespect ANY of you or you rustys family. Anyways i don't know which one because they're all beautiful, kind, smart, thoughtful, and all have a great sense of humour. We then took a team bathroom break and walked past the kitchen where we saw all the back of house employees hard at work! They must all really love their job and put love into everything they do. The food speaks for itself. Thank you ben, parth, and rae for the wonderful one of a kind rustys experience. Will be back for sunday football!

I have been to Rusty's several times, its one of the only places to play a game of pool. Especially if you actually want to get a turn on a table!
The cost per hour to play is really reasonable and the food is good, not too pricey and decent selection.

Do you like pool? Then come to Rusty's!
Do you like non-soggy nachos and free pop refills? Then don't come to rustys!

Went with 2 friends. Took them 20 mins to even come to our table. They apologized and said it was busy because a couple BC Lions players were there for publicity and the waitstaff was overwhelmed. Apparently. That’s fine. I ordered Nachos to split with a friend and a Moscow Mule. Drink was not good and in a fake copper mug. Stainless steel inside. Whatever. Nachos were not good. Beef tasted like 2 day old El Paso taco kit meat. Gross. Didn’t realize it had banana peppers on them. Gross, but my bad for not noticing. Jalapeños should’ve been used instead. I was not impressed with their nachos or their one drink. Didn’t finish the nachos which is rare. I tried my friends onion rings. BEST onion rings! They season them and it tastes delicious. Seriously good. Wanted to play some pool and hang out and eat but was way too busy and all tables were taken. Will try again another night when not so busy. They deserve a second shot.

A great place to hang out watch sports and shoot pool. The butter chicken we ordered was outstanding! Our server Jaycee was attentive & friendly!

A good place to play pool/billiards. The food is good and a decent selection of drinks. They also have darts.

Last Sunday me and a buddy were going to grab some lunch and maybe catch the first half of the Super Bowl and as we know the food is always excellent at Rusty's, we decided to go there.
When we arrived, we were greeted at the door by the GM Rae, who found us a couple of seats at the bar even though the place was filling up and we hadn't made reservations.
Upon being sat, we were promptly attended to by the always classy and sassy Danielle behind the bar who went over the specials and took our initial order before our server picked us up and looked after us for the remainder of our visit.
As I mentioned while our intent was only to eat and stay for the first half, the atmosphere and energy in the place was electric and as such we ended up sticking around for the entire game and in doing so took further advantage of the food specials and as a bonus we walked out with an awesome Super Bowl themed door prize.
Thanks Rae, it turned out to be a great game and yet another great experience at Rusty's.

Great bar/restaurant as minors are allowed. It has lots of pool tables and darts. The Kelowna disc golf league runs a putting league on Thursday at the moment for the winter too. Had one of their burgers and it was taste and the portion was big.

Rusty's is top notch, I am really happy with all the servers, managers and the new owner that I met today! I've came for years and havent had a group of servers like this.highly recommend sitting in Jaycee's section or at the bar where cody and Rae take great care of you!

Cody was our bartender, extremely characteristic and never left our drinks empty. Awesome experience, thanks Cody and Rae!

This place is an absolute hidden gem! I've been evacuated from my home due to wildfires and staying down the street at a nearby hotel. Have been here often throughout the week and I have fallen in love this place! Food is very good always well prepared, authentic recipes and reasonable. All those good things aside, what really makes Rusty's special is the staff. Everyone here is amazing. Very friendly, kind, real and happy people. Rae and her team are an ansolute pleasure.l will always stop by in the future for a meal and a drink these folks are gold

Food was good but service was kind of bad. Got there at 5pm. It was happy hours. She brought the menu with all the drink for happy and then finally she charge us the full price for all the drinks we paid. She told us that the one we choose were not part of the special. None of them! Lol nice to know when we got bill. She should have told which one and we would have take them. I asked for a jug of water for our group and ask us if she should bring glasses anyway.at least The nachos was amazing.

By far the best place in Kelowna to play pool! Lots of rooms for large casual events, plenty of TVs to watch sports, and friendly staff.
Only complaint is the food has been hit and miss several times over the last few years I've been coming here.
In general, great place to have some drinks and be social!

Costumer service is great. It's honestly much better than last year. Again, wing's quality needs improvement. All in all, I enjoy spending time here.

My experience here was atrocious. Arrived and waited 10 minutes just for someone to acknowledge our group at the door. After we were sat it took another 10 minutes before a server came by and asked if we wanted anything. Super disorganized server sections were non existent. When we ordered 3 items were missing. I didn't even get my food till 30 minutes after everyone else did. All the while getting no sort of apology or way to remedy the problems occurring. Took 45 minutes after we asked for the bill to leave the restaurant. Probably my worst restaurant/pub experience ever. Do not reccomend.

Blown away, house lager is refreshing, lunch special was excellent price and portions were incredible. I have a feeling I will be getting alot of patio time here this summer. Fantastic service, friendly and attentive, 10 stars for this experience

Advertised price on their website and price at pub are not the same. Customer service has been sub par the last few times I’ve attended. Wings were served warm.

Tip: don’t sit near the left side of the bar, doesn’t smell pleasant.

Went for wing night. Food was good. Beer selection had everything you need. Large interior, nice patio. Friendly, attentive staff.

Went for Wing Wednesday and was disappointed. We ordered 4 different types of Wingsand poutine fries. Although all the dishes came out together, they were far from hot. Also the wings were pretty small. I had a martini and my friend had water - bill was $40.00 and in my opinion not worth it.

Rusty's is a great place for pool, darts, UFC, or just for a drink and some pub food. Just don't expect to play pool and be able to have a beer. That is not allowed currently. Hahaha

The bar is a bit over sized, its pretty empty inside with a lot of un used space and the TV's are way to small. There is lots of good pool tables for 14$ an hour. The food is mostly deep fried

Much better food nowadays and the best pool tables in town, but drinks are expensive and they need to put some money back into the place, like paint and flooring.

It was a very chill environment, and the staff were super kind and helpful. It's definitely a great option whether you're looking to play pool, darts, or just hang out with some friends. Shout out to our waitress Kaitlyn!

Great, fast service during the football game and the food there is awesome. Caesar salad is excellent and the curly chicken is fantastic.only place in town where you can get it.

The service was terrible.my friend and I went for a quick bite. I ordered fish & chips my buddy ordered a hamburger, this whole ordeal took 2hrs.and we had to chase the waitress down to pay our bill.

Since new owner took over this place went downhill. One server for whole facility is ridiculous and nobody picking up the phone ever and super slow service because of short staff and saving money is not same Rusty's unfortunately.

Really good weird layout no way to get in and out tables were all blocking the way. Kind of strange. The service was efficient and friendly, I tried their house wing flavor "RUSTIC" and enjoyed it very much.

Thought I'd give a try to the suggested evening special. It took 15 minutes after ordering, to get our group of 3, drinks. 45 to get our food. Then when re-ordered more of the special, got tired of waiting. Plenty of servers on shift, it's mysterious that the service was so awful. Sure, they were friendly, when they happened to pop out onto the floor. But they would all be gone for 10 minutes at a time, together.
Could have gotten away with simply walking out on the bill. Instead, we got our bill to correct the overcharge (because the second order never did show up), paid and left. 90 minutes total, and my group left *still* hungry, and irritated at the lack of service. Was my first time there. Won't be returning.

Just popped in for wings and a soda with a friend. Really good wings, and more than I could finish so I didn't leave hungry.

I went Wednesday night for wings at around 9: 30pm. I waited almost 20 minutes before a server came to take my order and after doing so was told they were out of wings. I used to go quite often because it was quite good. I can’t say that I’m still impressed.

Would leave a 5 star review except for the fact that on the night of the 27th there was a rowdy group in for a work function and they were popping balloons and being otherwise quite annoying. Did talk to the manager and the staff about it and they seemed to be handling the situation in a very professional manner, despite that group being otherwise a touch uncooperative and annoying. Otherwise had an enjoyable night. Establishment was clean, pool tables were in good condition and the cues were decent. Will be returning to rustys for future games of pool when back in town. The bartender that night mixes a mean drink, and is always very welcoming and upbeat.

I have always had great service from Jackie, Ashley and Danielle when I stop in at Rustys. Good food, good atmosphere, and always have a good laugh!

Service was prompt and friendly, mozzarella sticks and fried pickles were solid. The dipping sauce for the pickles is so good, ask for extra! Good prices, 14 pool tables, what’s not to like?

Absolutely never coming back. The way I was treated is not acceptable in industry that strives on serving. I would not recommend anyone to come to this establishment. You can get way better service and experience for way less money elsewhere.

Very good atmosphere. They have trivia nights and those are very fun! Our waitress was amazing, and we had 12 people in our party. Butter chicken sauce on their fries is great. Will be back.

The mediocre food takes extremely long to come out of the kitchen. The beer is cold though so I suppose there's that as a plus.
