Went to see Mark for physiotherapy on my knee. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. Mark is excellent at locating where the pain is and I also liked the Lazer for helping to heal faster. All of the staff are friendly and helpful thanks again.

I'm 53.led a very active lifestyle. I got really scared when my back & stomach were killing me. Appendix? Stones? Hernia? Ian was professional, respectful, tactile, thorough & effective in treating me. I cried a bit when he told me I was gonna be ok. Thank you Ian. See you again soon.

I arrived at the office today with back pain that was bringing me to tears. Danelle was thorough in her assessment and thoughtful in her approach. She provided me with information what was happening with my body and how I can support my healing. She provided so much physical relief; I'm astounded by the difference that she made. This, in turn has provided huge emotional relief as well. My whole-hearted gratitude to Danelle and the whole office (especially during this challenging time) for the service and support. 1000% recommend to others.

I have been going for treatment by Ian Rudling for about the last 3 1/2 years and I honestly can't say enough good things about him. When I initially saw him I was unable to stay upright for more than 30 minutes due to pain in back from an injury. I had been going to a RMT, Chiropractor, Accunpuncturist and Physio but had no relief. After one treatment with Ian I had improvement and now the pain is completely gone. On top of his incredible training in England as an Osteopath, he is continually taking variety of different courses that enable him to treat successfully in a variety of ways. He is a very kind and considerate person and also very determined to help a patient even if that means referring them to someone else. I strongly recommend Ian Rudling!

They do not provide exercises nor show you how to do any. They just hook you up to a Maschine and move on so they can get as many patients through as possible.

I've had no complaints with this office; neither the staff nor the treatments. However, customers should be aware that there is at least one Osteopathist on staff for whom Blue Cross will not reimburse - there is no coverage for his services. I am very disappointed to discover this after the fact
