Ryan Heating & Air Conditioning

Ryan is amazing! We had a non functioning gas fireplace and had three other technicians from three different companies trying to fix it!? ! They would come, fireplace would work for a day after their visit and it would stop again. When I would call them back they would ignore my calls. One of them even suggested that we buy a new one from them because this brand was supposedly no good! Ryan was able to fix it in 15 minutes! He also explained the whole issue in detail. It has been 2 weeks now and it is still good as new. Call Ryan and save yourself the hassle!

Ryan was truly excellent. He repaired our air conditioner and explained the entire plan of attack. I had another company out to fix it earlier in the week but they couldn't explain the issue well, didn't fix (or even look for) the root cause, and charged me nearly twice what Ryan did. Our system had a simple loose connection and we haven't had a problem with it since. I'm very happy with the service we recieved. When our hot water tank goes or we have any other heating/cooling problems we'll be calling Ryan.

We have a rental property in Maple Ridge which has had two plumbing issues in the past few months and both times our tenants were so grateful for how fast Ryan was able to get there and tackle the problem.
He actually answers the phone instead of some generic 3rd party answering service and sometimes even after hours. The first time I called he saved our bacon by going over after hours when the main water line was leaking with no easy way for the tenant to shutoff the main valve. His replies to my texts were very prompt and showed up when he said he would. Price was very reasonable with no BS up sell on anything.
Simply did an Etransfer for payment which was what I preferred.
Just call and talk to him and you can tell he's the real deal.
