I took a watch in to get the crown and stem replaced. It is not an expensive watch but it has sentimental value to me. I knew I could have replaced the watch, but I explained to Ryan that THIS watch was important to me. He looked at my watch right then and explained how he would replace the whole inner movement and it would look exactly the same, but inside would be all new. Then he quoted me a very reasonable price for the repairs. I got the watch back, it looks exactly like original and it works perfectly! Ryan did a great job, and it was done in a short time too. Thanks to Ryan and the staff for great customer service and very reasonable prices. We have been customers for many years and have always been very happy with the service, the friendly staff, and purchases. We will continue to be loyal customers.

I went there today with my mother. That was not the first time we were there and we purchased items from them. But today our experience were different. There was a lady (Asian) tried to help us but when she realized my mother changed her mind about the item she was about to purchased her attitude changed even she didn't answer us back when we appreciated her help and we said goodbye to her.
