I had the pleasure of working with Ryan Kubeska in 2020 - to sell a property that was passed down to me. Knowing very little about the real estate market, not only was Ryan very patient and willing to educate me on many topics toward the lifecycle of a real estate transaction, he was very transparent toward every step he was taking along the process.

Not once did Ryan become frustrated with my lack of knowledge, nor the questions I would pose at any given time. There was a point in the process where I became reluctant to list the property, given the number of neighbouring properties that were entering the market.
