Let's start off with WOW! My wife and I were looking for a mortgage broker to assist us with combining 2 mortgages into 1. I have been emailing back and forth with Ryan for several weeks now; he has been so pleasant and helpful with every question I've asked.
When you can find someone who takes the time to REALLY read and to respond to what you actually need and are asking, they are a keeper. One of my pet peeves is having to repeat myself over and over, for no good reason. That doesn't happen with Ryan, in spite of it obvious that he is one busy guy!
