Purchased a new sled from S2S. Jay in sales was a pleasure to deal with and ensured if any/all my questions in regards to the sled were answered. Aaron in finance was also great in the process of purchasing. Will be visiting s2s for future purchases!

Only improvement I would like to see is availability to purchasing aftermarket parts/components in the parts department

Buyer Beware. Don't buy any sort of extended warranty. They will not honor it. I bought a Indian Chieftain dark horse from them, brand new at time of purchase. Recently the power window stopped functioning properly. So went to see them. They looked into it and said i had coverage till, June 2025. I was sent home and told I'd receive a call within couple days, 2 week go by and I get a text message. Only after I called to see what was going on.

So, this place has changed quite a bit since I bought my bike there. They had a horrible sales manager but he's GONE so that should be a better experience. Service was horrible for a long time but they got new staff who fixed all the issues caused by the last service team. (Screw you Yoshi!) The new team is far better.

Now if only there were more bikes.

Your website has one of those annoying "text us now" features and the button is obstructing the "close" button for the ad you have running. Absolutely awful, can't even try to look at buying.

The service department is absolutely terrible. What is the point of having a 9: 00 a.m. Appointment for an oil change if you sit around waiting until 2pm for it to be finished? I don't believe a motorcycle oil change should ever take that long.

Do these guys even have a service department? !

Been waiting A MONTH on an update for our CF Moto zforce 800 for warranty work.
Pointless to call the shop. Either told they'll get someone to check and call you back, or you leave a voice-mail, to which Noone has returned.

UPDATE: JUNE 9.2 Months. And we're STILL waiting.
Contacted CF Moto. They said they'd look into the matter. Now they are saying they are waiting for information from the dealership. ARE YOU SERIOUS!
Got a TEXT from S2S saying they are still waiting on approval. Which is it?
Waiting for what? The second coming of Christ? Cmon guys. Some people need thier machine for things OTHER than ripping up backroads.

You know it's bad when you have to call the manufacturer to get updates because the dealership clearly screens your number and won't return your messages.

I brought my wife and my Indian motorcycles in for an annual safety inspection, oil change and tune up. The entire experience was phenomenal. From the cheerful, courteous and friendly front end staff, toDawn in service who booked our appointment to the service manager, all we encountered were awesome. But let's face it what keeps me and my wife safe on the road is a thorough mechanic. It is obvious that the chief mechanic in S2S his apprentices love and take great pride in their work. I have never seen such attention to detail. On my motorcycle I was missing a small screw that held the luggage trunk clasps in place. I meant to tell him to attend to this but forgot. No worries he noticed it immediately and remedied the situation. My wife was unhappy with how her motorcycle was shifting. He took the time to lay down on the aspalt (in 32 degree sweltering weather) and adjust her shifter to her satisfaction. Quality of life adjustments were made without asking (extending the trickle charger cables to allow attachment without removing the side panel.) Quite honestly, this was the most amazing service experience I have had in many years of owning motorcyles, and automobiles. I can't recommend the shop highly enough.

Good reviews must be friend and family of employees
Every one at S2S is friendly and nice but be prepared to wait 5 hours or more for just an oil change. Even with an appointment and they tell you initially will be 2 hours only or 3 max.

Never seen anything like this in my 25 years owning motorcycles

Just bought my Fz 09 2017 there. They sold me a bike with more than 5 years old tires. Oil leak after 1 month. Tried to call in but no answers. Wasted money!

Had a fantastic experience here. Jay was great to deal with as we're the support staff. I found Jay to be very honest and was real easy to relate to sharing our riding experiences. Juan his coworker was also very engaging as was the super receptionist at the front entrance and the finance lady. Thank you so much.

I love my bike (Indian Challenger), but I don’t think I would ever buy anything from S2S again and I certainly wouldn’t recommend them. Their service has to be the worst I have ever seen. Once you purchase you are irrelevant (at least that’s how it seems). I dropped my bike off to have highway bars and pegs installed (which were pre ordered and in stock) I also asked for pricing and availability for some slip on exhaust. They told me they would get back to me the next day with pricing (took about 2weeks just to get me a price on some that were available) told them to go ahead. They said it might take a week to get them in. I said to go ahead. After about 2 weeks I started calling and messaging trying to find out what was going on with my bike. After over 2 weeks of calling and leaving messages (no one ever answered the phone) I finally decided to call sales (they always seem to answer) and asked to speak to a manager, they put me through to a manager, and the call went to his voice mail, but he did call me back the next day. He then informed me that despite having my bike for a month and a half all they did was check the service lights, replace a battery in my fob, and put on the bars and pegs (approximately 1 hour work)

I’m a pretty patient and understanding person. I understand that there are issues with getting parts due to supply chain issues, but there is absolutely no excuse for the lack of communication on their part with what is happening. If you cant get the parts, then you can’t get the parts, but you don’t hold on to a persons bike for a month and a half without telling them what is going on. Seriously disappointed!

I had an amazing experience with the whole team down at S2S, Juan, Adam, Kathleen, and everyone else I ran into. I went to see a few other places, Juan was on top of his game. I contacted him first, went back and forth, he even did a bunch of background and sent me pictures and quotes through WhatsApp. He also gave me all the prices with taxes and fees included so it was easy to see what I would end up paying.

They have an awesome selection of outdoor toys and accessories, and can do the service in house.

I got the Polaris Northstar edition, so happy with it! Took it out to the hot springs last night, what a beast!

Great experience dealing with Ryan. I walked in looking for a side by side. Nothing was built for me to take home. Ryan went out his way to do whatever was needed for me to leave the dealership with a fully assembled machine. Thanks guys.
