Sabai Thai Spa

I’ve been going to Sabai Thai spa for a couple years now and every time I go I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. I’ve had a different therapist each time but the consistency of service between each therapist is so great. You won’t regret going here!

It is one of the best massages I have ever had in Vancouver. They are kind and accommodating and great place to get regular treatments

I have been here for massages twice now (Coal Harbour location) and both visits were 10/10. Friendly staff, easy to book, very clean and calming atmosphere as soon as you walk in. I just did the 90 minute Thai massage and deep tissue with Lucy and it was phenomenal. Definitely going to be coming back and recommending to friends.

Surely my favourite place to have a massage. Everyone is so friendly, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the massages never disappoint. Ruby and Bee are also excellent!

It is always a treat to spend the afternoon at Sabai Thai Spa. A regular Siam Blend massage helps to keeps me relaxed and limber, and the staff and atmosphere are always lovely. The nice walks along the seawall before and after my appointments are a bonus!

Despite booking my massage the morning of, it was a seamless process. The 90-minute Signature Siam Blend Massage was the perfect mix between a traditional Thai and Western oil massage. The deep stretching was incredibly therapeutic, mentally and physically. My massage therapist checked in a couple of times to ensure I was comfortable with the temperature, pressure, etc, which I appreciated. I cannot imagine going back to a 60-minute massage after a 90-minute one. I was truly able to relax and unwind. I will definitely be back!

Room was clean, nice ambience with lighting and relaxing music.

My massage was tremendously relaxing. Practitioner asked if any areas like neck, back needed more attention and asked about level of pressure I wanted.

My wife and I just had the couples Thai massage. It was outstanding! Come prepared to be twisted and stretched! We have had massages all around the world- but this was by far the best!

The masseuse who attended me, listened to me and proposed the best treatment. I thought it was okay, but to be honest I've had better massages of this style. In reference to the attention of the staff, I think that other branches have a better service, on this occasion they did not offer me water or tea as in other branches, and unfortunately in the room I could hear external noises at times (both from the place and from the street), but I must decorate that the room, the bed and sheets were perfect.

Charlotte has wonderful hands and energy. She is strong and soft when needed. I had a wonderful morning there and left relaxed and renewed. The space is calming, the music unobtrusive, the products smell wonderful without overpowering, and my skin looks radiant. I'll come back!

I had the most lovely relaxing massage at Sabai Thai Spa in Coal Harbour with Lynn. Beautiful, tranquil space. Sweet, professional staff. Heated massage oil and warm towels. Loved it!

Excellent location for a massage conveniently downtown, near the seawall and business areas. Facility is peaceful and well appointed.

A friend gave me a gift certificate for Sabai Thai Spa at Coal Harbour about 7 years ago, and I've been going back ever since. Wonderful atmosphere, great massage practitioners in a quiet, beautiful and serene healing environment. I'm grateful for this little gem in my neighbourhood!

My massage and facial by Markelly at the Coal Harbour location was splendid and so relaxing. She alternated between deep to medium pressure and relaxation. Highly recommend!

Came here for my wedding anniversary with my husband. We got the oil massage. My masseuse was very skilled and hit the right acupuncture points! Wish they had provided tea or water after the massage though. I would come back for another visit!

The staff at the Sabai Thai Spa New Westminster location are beyond kind and professional. I continue to go back to this location as the massages are the best I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend purchasing a package as a gift for a loved one too!

Such a lovely experience. They have three free parking sports (if available) which starts your treatment off nicely. You’re then greeted when you walk in the door which such lovely front desk staff. The treatment itself is absolutely to die for- relaxing and eases all those stresses away. I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Very good massage. She adjusted her pressure and the kneck rest for me. My skin looks looks brighter and feels plumper after the facial.
I found the bed and the room too cool for me. I got the shivers several times. I think it is very important thst the bed and room be warm for massages.

Absolutely incredible. Went for a 90m Siam massage. I knew I had tension all over but dang, that attendant knew their stuff. I feel like a bowl of jelly now and I think I will need to incorporate this into a very regular routine. Highly recommend.

3 stars only for the staff who were very courteous and friendly. I was supposed to get 30 min upgrade for their anniversary deal but I got massage for about 50 min
Customers coming in are pretty audible and it’s disturbing. I could hear people talking outside the room from the front desk.
Otherwise the place is very clean and peaceful and smells nice.

Great service and skilled staff. I will compliment the staff that I had one of service adjusted on spot. They had the right to charge me original price but they discounted it and adjusted the bill to reflect the services.

First time at this spa. One of the best massages I have had in a while. They are really attentive to work on the tight areas that you request.

Palm is a delightful healing therapist who gave me the best Thai massage I have ever received. She focuses on the areas with a therapeutic approach, being a true authentic healer in both an energetic and physical sense. I feel reinvigorated, happy and in my flow every time after a session with her and get complimented on my massage glow. I wholeheartedly recommend Palm and the Sabai Spa.

Overall this Center is one the best ones in BC. I like the interior design and staff attitude. I got 90 mins balancing spa, the masseur was pro and I'm happy with her work. However, the massage room was not quiet and there is a lot of noise hearing from outside, it was chilly as well so I wasn't 100% comfortable during the massage.

I always have fantastic service at Sabai Thai Coal Harbour, and all of their practitioners are wonderful. I live out in Coquitlam now but I happily make the trip for a massage here. Wonderful atmosphere and peaceful facilities too.

I had a 90-min massage with Irene and it was absolutely wonderful. If I didn’t live out of town I would definitely be back.

WOW. I am still in ecstasy and my body is light like a feather. I got the BEST massage in Vancouver no doubt! I asked for a deep pressure massage and ohhh boy, I got one. Aya (sorry if I am butchering you name) has the hands of an angel. I think I left some droll on the floor, because oh my! If everyone got this massage with her, I believe we can reach world peace. Staying at the Westin Bayshore and this was the closet spa. I booked online, they give you 20% off for first time visitors. Got in the same day at the time I wanted, customer service is great and the massage was even better. Glad I got to visit this location I will be back

Ayumi gives the best massage I have ever had at a spa in Vancouver. Her blend of deep tissue/Swedish/Thai is so effective that I had the best sleep in a long, long time and feeling great the day after. The facial at the end of my session was also amazing as she gives wonderful facial and scalp massage. Truly the best. The vibe in Sabai Thai is also very Zen which has been consistent over the years. I recommend them over any big spa in Vancouver.

This is the best spa in Vancouver. As a former spa practitioner myself, I have been very impressed with the skill and care of the the entire staff I've interacted with so far. Their standards are high above the rest, the environment is dreamy, and the skincare line is the best quality available (Eminence!)

A beautiful little spa, with some amazing employees! I haven’t felt this relaxed in a long time, and to top it off, the products used during my massage and facial smell AMAZING.

It’s a lovely place and therapists are friendly but the massage wasn’t great. It’s my second time and the lack of massage training is very evident. It’s more of pressure points using open hands which I see no benefit to. Also I asked for focus on neck and shoulders and 80% was spent on my legs and I received a 10 min massage on my head and shoulders through a towel. Not good.

Great massages in a beautiful facility. The warm tea, the warm temperature, and the soft and clean robes you get with your Thai massage made me forget about the cold February for a little while as I got all the kinks in my shoulders massaged out after being at a desk all week! Really, really recommend!

My back is sore but in the best way possible. Irene really stretched my muscles out.
My husband and I went for the For Him package as part of their Valentine Days package and took the Deep Tissue enhancement.

I had the most amazing experience at Sabai Thai Spa today. This is my second time there and both have been wonderful. Today the massage therapist who worked on me was extremely polite and attentive, to the point that she noticed my hair was in a bun and it was uncomfortable and offered to wrap my hair in a towel for me while doing my facial and massage. It really is the little things that count- I love this spa!

Once again it was an amazing experience. Peerapan organized the whole thing and Meimay was so perfect, she just knew what I needed. Sabai Thai Spa was also very beautiful, clean and so so friendly.

Nice, quiet place. Parking in front but limited and costs 2$/1hr. Staff friendly and polite. Massage therapist willing to adapt the pressure to your liking. I came there with very sore lower back pain and tingling in the calfskin, all caused by pinched nerve near spine. This massage didn't do me any good but did give me lots of harm. After pulling and stretching my body for 90min I left with stiff lower back and still all the other symptoms multiplied. If you have pinched nerves or inflammation this is not the right massage for you.

I purchased a package with massage and facial. I had probably one of the worst experience out of all the times I've been here. The therapist massaged me with mostly her elbow which was super uncomfortable as it rolled across parts of my bones and body parts. Her pressure on my head was way too hard it literally felt like my skin was going to come off.
Her facial was good except right at the end she soaked a cotton pad with this alcohol smelling solution. The smell was SO strong I thought it was actual alcohol. My skin left more dry after than before going in.

Ambiance and place was clean as usual.

Probably last time coming here.
