Fantastic experience at Sabai Thai Spa in West Vancouver! The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was incredibly soothing. Walked out feeling refreshed and pampered. Highly recommended!

I love pampering myself by taking a day and heading to this spa. I have only had wonderful experiences here. The staff are professional. They are amazing at their craft, and I leave feeling lighter and relaxed and moisturized.

Great massage overall. I has a 90 minute deep tissue massage.

My masseuse was very thorough and put in an excellent effort, particularly when she found trouble spots. Her pointy death elbows really found their way into otherwise unreachable muscle groups.

I've had several Thai Massage experiences before, and although the massage itself was great from a technical standpoint, there was an element of tenderness and care that seemed absent from this experience compared to some others that I've had. It felt more like a massage that had to be done rather than a body to care for.

Some other places I've been also had a more spa-like feel, with larger rooms, great ambiance, soundproof walls, and a relaxation chamber after the message to enjoy a cup of tea. This would be a great addition to this location.

It's a perfect place except for the fact that the store's location is a bit awkward and parking is expensive.

Lovely place for a relaxing everyday luxury type treatment. I had a massage, loved the aromatherapy & a brief facial. I wish they could still serve tea & perhaps update some decor for a contemporary & more relaxing ambiance, but overall well worth it

I go twice a month to sabai spa in west van and see Rumi. She is amazing I've tried almost all the different treatments and she never disappoints. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming and it is always clean and tidy. Hughly recommend!

I had the most relaxing deep tissue massage. It helped immensely. Asahi got rid pain I didn't realize I was carrying around.

Every massage has been amazing. The staff are fantastic and very professional.
And you can have a same day massage which is extra nice!

Suri was amazing. Had deep tissue 90 min.massage. Suri was very consistent, giving 150% every time. So far I've had 2 sessions. Looking forward to more treatment there. The place itself is very clean, welcoming. Highly recommend it.

I’ve had 2 massages here; one was okay and one was not. Nothing about either experience has been more than adequate.

I went for a Calm & Glow spa package, and it was great. The therapist was very gentle and kind and made me feel very calm. The only slight problem I had was that my package included a tension balm service, however I didn’t receive any. Otherwise it was great!

It’s my first time visiting there and the staff are so lovely and welcoming. I had the 90 minute oil massage and it was so relaxing and that fell asleep. The therapist was constantly asking how I feel and if the pressure was right for me. Would love to try other massages here

Just finished a 60 minute deep tissue massage by Natasha. She was great. Took care of all the knots in my back and neck. The spa is very clean and the employees provide excellent customer service. Very happy and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend their services. Thank you again to Natasha and good luck

Update: I was given a free massage to make up for my bad experience without having to ask. Excellent customer service. I’ll increase my rating if my next massage is better.

Original: The massage was really painful and not very relaxing. This is my second massage and my first time didn’t hurt like the massage I received from this place did. She dug her fingers into the back of my head way too hard and I’ve woken up this morning with swelling on the back of my head. I had asked her “not too hard” which didn’t help much. Update: more time has passed today and the pain on the back of my head is only getting worse. Changed from 2 stars to 1.

Asahi was amazing. I always get the best experience at this spa, but I think this last time was my favorite. They are always so friendly and wonderful there.
