Sabzi Mandi Supermarket

I went there to buy masala tea and I asked two staff members who were processing transactions where I can find masala tea. One of them sent me to aisle 5 and another one in aisle 6. But there were no masala tea there and i found that in aisle 2. Staff must be aware about store. And they both were not welcoming at all. And when I told them i found that in Aisle 2, they were making excuses and looking at me as i did something wrong. I didn't like the service at all.

The thief, I asked him that I usually send money from Remittli app, if you have to send fifty thousand rupees, how much will it cost, then the shopkeeper said that there is no one to whom I should send the money and the slip to him. I saw that he deducted 14$ fee, it's not about 14$ anymore, it's about misleading by telling lies, so please don't transact your money through this fake person, because it can cheat your hard earned money,

The cashiers are ridiculous and don’t understand what’s customer service. The shop owner is even worst. There shelf labels are wrong and counter price is different which is misleading a customer which seems intentional to make money as (many don’t pay attention towards the detailed bill).
They won’t follow CFIG Law to match the shelf price and denied to sell the product at the ticketed price.

The price of black sesame seeds I saw today $9.99.
I want Excange Gagan black sesame (Iwas buy 10.99 or 11.99) to Sabzi black sesame (price is $9.99 I saw today)
but owner said to me Sabzi price up 11.99 you pay more.

This store is nice and clean and organized. Lots of Indian food, snacks and vegetables.

How long should you keep the receipts after buying groceries?
I bought black sesame seed end of Dec.
I roast it last week.
It was tastes like mold when I put it in the food.
So I tried black sesame seeds and it tasted like mold.
But I don't have receipt that's why I called GAGAN Ltd they said you can return where you buy.
But Sabzi Mandi store say you don't have receipt you can't return and open the pack.
Who can taste it without opening it?
I don't understand!
