Staff is courteous too!

Most of the time I found expired items so be aware before buying and then the staff they are so rude specially the girls (cashiers) OMG they don’t know how to treat with their customers.

Get the best Indian items on your wish. Might not all but major items. Good deals and sales.

Very convenient location grocery store! They have lot of great selections of grocery and produce.

They are not taught customer service which is most important i guess. Girls are talking with each other instead of greeting customers. Gossiping is more important i guess. Won’t recommend.

Order products from small businesses and then they don't pay the invoices nor do the respond to resolve the matter.

Wrost coustmer service, one of the lady in the front counter used his bad attitude on me just because i asked her a mask because i didn't had one and she send me back.

U will get all indian spices and indian stuff but Price are bit on higher side compared to other stores.

Nice collection of everyday items plus some unique items like Rajnigandha and the falooda milk. Wow.

Unhygienic grocery store with low quality grains, spices. There was zero social distancing or crowd control. I have no idea how other reviewers had positive experiences.

This is an ok Indian store. It's a dated store, they really need renovations. What I like the most about this store is, they have great prices for the vegetables and fruit in general and sometimes, almond price is amazing. Service is not friendly, they need to greet their customers with smile. Nobody knows how to smile. Carts are very small.

It is the perfect place for Indian spices lovers. Fresh vegetables and fruits are also available for a very good price.

I have been to this place a few times. The staff appears friendly and helpful enough. Great location and good service. We had a good time. Parking was not that bad. Order was served as per our expectation. It was not very crowded. We would recommend this place.

I been there couple of time, they have bad customer service, uneducated staff and the women with attitudes. Ignore this place beacuse the ladies don't know how to handle the customers and how to keep happy the customers.
They need to get some training.

This indian store is the best.

This store is very neat and clean and they have a huge variety of products specifically Indian products.
They have pretty good trained and professional staff.
They have western union inside the store and also reload your phones with I international calling to India, Pakistan and other countries.
I would definitely recommend this store for all your needs for Indian food products.
I also had a issue with their food product which they gladly returned and refunded me my full money which is kinda rare thing to do with some other Indian stores.
Prices are pretty reasonable.
I would happily rate them with 5 stars and even more stars if I get the option to.

This Sabzi Mandi store has improved.
Honestly, it used to be a bit of a dump.
The aisles are now cleared. Everything seemed to be bright and clean.
Prices seem to be competitive and reasonable as a whole.
I would return without hesitation.
One recommendation for ownership: please keep the area outside the store clean.
Also put a bigger Handicapped Only sign over this parking space. I don't use it but again noticed a car without appropriate wheelchair symbol.

The customer service here is beyond -10 grade the cashier gives you a strange look if you ask the refund policy Try it yourself and you will have your proof
I have been here 3 time and now no more motivated to go there, i would like to pay more and get good customer service instead!

Horrible place to shop, bad staff that don't know anything, things are all over the place no organization. Staff are not friendly at all. No help. Save your money and shop any other store not sabzi mandi very cheap and run down place nasty and sad how a place like this is still aloud to be in busssines nasty disgusting

The owner is a really great guy. I was sold a faulty $100 pressure cooker from fruiticana and when they refused to acknowledge they should’ve done something to rectify their mistake, I came here looking to buy another. When I was at the front about to pay for it, my partner and I were talking about it and the owner overheard and asked why we were buying another cooker when we have one at home. When we told him what happened he told us not to buy us and actually took our faulty fruiticana one and fixed it FOR FREE. He said “no one should have to deal with that and you’re young kids that don’t need to waste your money” I will never forget this man’s consideration and kindness. This is WHY we choose to drive 10 mins out of our way to shop here instead of crossing the street and shopping at their ‘competitors’

One of the worst service. I ask them the price of green pepper box over the phone. And they did not bother to told the price and Said they are not allow to tell price over the phone.please save your time and go to FRUTICANA instead.

Always such a delight to go here. The owner is very nice, always helps us and goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied.when we purchased the pressure cooker from his store he made sure to remember us and asked us the next time we walked into his store how the cooker is working and if any trouble arises to contact him and hell get it fixed no problem. Even the employees treat you with a smile.
Even though I live 2 min walk from fruiticana i prefer driving 5 min to come here.

I was shocked, it has everything that an Indian living in Canada could want to satisfy their Indian taste buds and wants for a daily living. It even offers things which are too difficult to kind like jaggery etc. It did feel like I was in my own kitchen back in India.
