The best pakora of my life! I’ve been coming here for years and it is always such a treat. Made a point of visiting while I’m down and so happy I did. Such a warm and wonderful vibe. Delicious food. Amazing samosas! Can’t recommend it enough. Can’t wait to come back!

I came in to grab something as I was doing a first aid course next door. I was surprised by the rude and condescending way the woman taking the orders spoke to me. I noticed a difference in her demeanor to other customers, slightly more patient and respectful than towards me. It was a frustrating exchange where she seemed to try to make me feel foolish for asking reasonable questions about portion size etc.when she came out again she commented that I must never have had African food (I'm visibly east African) and I responded that yes I have I asked about size. Definitely won't return as I did not find it to be good value for money and the customer service was very poor. They are lucky it is a busy area or I doubt they would have many returning customers.

It is a shame the owner can't be more polite to her customers, she may do better business if she did. She is very rude, shows no courtesy and acts like we are doing her a favour by ordering food from her. Food is okay but any entrepreneur will tell you that the first rule of a restaurant is to be nice to your customers, don't give them a time limit to talk to you.

My partner and I come here any time we get the chance. Their mogo and samosas are THE BEST I've ever had. The owner is also super nice! I'd recommend this place to everyone! The only down side to this place is that I live too far away from it.

Decided to try the 'best samosas in town' if 3 for $8 for box samosas from Costco quality is any indicator on their other food, I won't be back. They were the smallest samosa I've ever had. No napkins In the take out bag and they literally fell apart. I'd give them 0 stars if I could

Had their specials omg! So delicious freshest ingredients used. They cook their food daily always so fresh and authentic food. Let’s talk about samosas my favorite the filling was to the top not like other places where you get more pastry then filling. Great service from staff and from Shairose the owner very friendly and very helpful different specials daily. Love love love Safari. Thank you for always dishing out delicious and fresh food. ️

One of the best places for traditional food in the area. Nothing competes at all with this place. Quality and customer service are always 100% perfect! I reccomend this place to anyone

The food here is amazing, freshly prepared on the day and the portions are huge! I was ordering for a birthday party and I had no clue, was ordering too much. She recommended adjustments, had the food so nicely packed for pick up and everything went so smoothly.

Safari Snack House has been my absolute favourite restaurant for over a decade. Their food is delicious and the staff/owners are all lovely. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Their samosas are excellent (specifically the vegetables one) and the service is awesome a great discovery and experience!

I tried this place for the first time a couple of days ago. I went to pick up my take out order, and there were people waiting both inside and outside for their orders as it's take-out only during COVID, and they limit it to two customers inside at a time. The server seemed to know everyone's face or car or both, and kept telling the kitchen that so-and-so is here for their order before they even came through the door, so it was obvious that they had lots of regular customers. It's no wonder they have so many regulars! The food was delicious, and the prices are good. I will certainly be going back again. They say they have the best samosas, and I totally concur.

We had take-out samosas and it was a wonderful experience. The woman who worked at the counter was very kind and everything was packed with care.

The staff were very friendly, service was quick, food was hot and fresh, restaurant was clean and had a nice energy. I look forward to coming back soon, I look forward to trying more things on their menu.

Carry-out was excellent/quick, great for a picnic or for lunch. They offer catering for events too.

The samosas had a lot of vegetables and were very light.

Dropped in to this place after having driven by many times and see good reviews online. I enjoyed the samosas and loved the Cassava! Will definitely be back for more and I'd love to try other items on the menu.

Was working nearby, so came in one day for the lunch special, going with a chicken samosa and beef kebab. It was so so good, and made fresh to order too! Also I have no idea what the green sauce they give you is called but it is very delicious.

We had the Mogos and variety samosas as snacks and they tasted great. I am used to bigger samosas with more kick, which works well if in the mood for milder, relaxing taste. Great service and would like to try other items.

So after hearing so many good reviews I went there yesterday I ordered 3 chicken samosas they are okay not to tasty like the one we had in surrey

Excellent deep fried samosas with crispy wrapping and lots of meat filling for the size. The fresh frying oil also yields great mojos. Grill items marinated more than I like leading to dryer meat, but the flavours are bold and bright. Very friendly.

Great tasting food and excellent service. They have delicious meals made in the morning ready to go in 5 minutes if you're in a pinch, otherwise call ahead for a combo platter if you get the chance. Grab a cookie too while you're there.
