Safeguard Martial Arts and Kickboxing

Thank you to Sensei Tina and Sensei Troy and all the instructors for the best experience of my life and to the amazing people i met here i can’t put it into words how much i love this place it feels like my home the people here are something special and there’s nobody like them. They moulded me into who i am today they taught me not only to be an amazing martial artist but also to be the best version of myself. These people gave me confidence and self respect and without them i don’t know where i would be today. We’ve been going to the dojo for over 5 years and have had the best experience. We have a 7 and 9 1/2 year old who love their classes. The teachers are wonderful and both Sensei Tina and Troy make it a welcoming and safe environment to learn martial arts. Highly recommend it!

Safeguard has been a huge part of our family for almost a decade. Sensei Troy & Sensei Tina have created a beautiful & inclusive space for learning & growth. Not just in the physical sense, but emotional as well. We are honored to be their students (both son & mom) & to be part of the Safeguard family.

I have a very active child who was struggling with self awareness and impulse control. A friend of mine suggested Safeguard and I am SO thankful every day that she did. This has helped my child so much and he has improved at the dojo, home, and school through their their teachings. All staff and volunteers are welcoming and super friendly, and do not mind the questions that come with this activity. The owners are approachable and I love running into them to have some chit chat. You truly feel like part of the family here. I cannot suggest them enough! Good prices, amazingly reasonable schedules with several options to pick from if your child, or yourself! Has other activities.

I sought out this dojo as it shared the same core values that my own did when I was younger. My son is now enrolled and enjoying it. Everyday after class he comes out with a smile and says how much fun he's had. Sensei Tina & Sensei Troy, along with the other instructors and students are all very welcoming. I feel I made the right choice enrolling my son in this dojo.

I have been doing karate at safeguard martial arts for 12 years and I have loved every moment, every class and every challenge. Wonderful karate school! They are very knowledgeable, clean, organized and caring to all their students. I would highly recommend for yourself or your children.

Our Girl Guide unit has come here a few times for self defense training and they are AMAZING. They always keep the girl engaged and learning while having a ton of fun. I know a few of our Guides enjoyed it so much they signed up for classes!
